I've always loved camping in the rain. It adds a sort of excitement and relaxation at the same time. The sound of the rain drops hitting the tent is hypnotic. But, unfortunately, I'm disabled now and can't do a lot of things that I use to love. That's why your videos are so enjoyable to me. Thank you for sharing.💗
Great idea using the flat stone to cook on...a great business opportunity there...JG Wilderness Cookware...low overhead, rocks are just about everywhere. Great video Josh! Thank you for taking us along with you.
Playing catch up , got sick sept 5 and landed in hospital sept 14 . I’m finally home and getting better everyday, but will take some time . Good video as always , I see I have another to watch 🙂
Hey Buddy ! I'm late to the party as always haha Great video, cool set up with the tarp ! The Steak and veggies all looked delicious. Good video as always !
lol. That's a good thing I hope. I get the same way when I watch other videos of bushcrafters. Makes ya crazy for the woods. Cheers and have a great week.
Hey there you are! It’s good seeing ya again! I see you fixed breakfast. ☺️👍🏻 awesome! I love the steak dinner too. Especially how you cooked it on the flat rock. It must be getting cooler there. That water looked so peaceful and relaxing. Well , take care and have a safe week. We’re about to get bad storms down here in Texas. Hopefully it don’t get too bad for us. See ya later! 😊👍🏻♥️
Hey Rosie. I figured I needed to get them bacon shots in there for ya. Lol. It's cooling off now and yes the river was 👍. Be safe with the storm. Hope all is well.
Very nice video. I usually like videos with narrative but this one worked great the way it was, The changes of shots really kept it interesting. It must be a lot of work setting up the camera for the various views. Thanks for taking us along on your trip.
I have thoroughly enjoyed watching all of your videos since discovering your channel 😊 It must feel amazing to go out and do what you love, I look forward to your next upload! 😄😄
Hey Latisha. Glad you like the videos. Ya I'm lucky to have the forest we have here in Canada and I love being solo in the wild. Something about it feels right. I'll be out again soon. Stay tuned. 🔥👍

I've noticed that you don't carry a sidearm; is it not allowed in Canada ? same as in the UK? Do you carry bear spray, anything to protect from bears, etc. I have tented, camped not to your extreme and for many years, not recently though but it is always good to have a way of protecting oneself when you are in deep woods. Spent many hours in deer camp, chain saw camp, cooked quite a few Thanksgiving dinners on wood fired cook stove. But I find what you do very interesting and have learned quite a bit; were you an eagle scout. Never to old to learn. We have the same hatchet as you, such a good piece of equipment. Jan MA USA🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇸👍 Good teacher,

Another great video! What do you do with your carved spoons? Keep them or leave them behind for the squirrels? Do you have some protection for the cameras in the rain (like the last shot of you walking away - is the camera under something to protect from the rain? What do you use?
