    Nice interview with Clare PJ. Also thanks for filling in again after that safety announcement 👍

      They made that announcement every morning, or one like it, before the public came in. I had no idea what the mics would pick up, so I thought a recap was best.

      @WiscAirGunners and now AA is shooting for some lower prices will be nice to get some of these budget air rifles in America and on TH-cam I think it will promote the more expensive line of air rifles

    Im not sure about the new logo, i think that air gunners like the traditional/historical elements of that sort of thing, must admit i prefer the old logo.
    I know times are changing and i guess we should reserve judgement on these new rifles but ive not heard positive info on them.
    Inwish them luck and hope they compliment the excellent Air Arms range.

      I hope this new line performs well and they are a great introduction for new shooters.
      I’ve been a part of logo changes a few places where I’ve worked, and never seen universal happiness as a result of it. I think the only thing you can be sure of is that the longer you have a logo, the more people will be attached to it.

    Should have stuck with c/z the s200 was a lovely rifle think you’ve lost the plot 😢

    • @WiscAirGunners
      @WiscAirGunners  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If my research is right, I think the S200 was discontinued in 2021. Not sure why. Sales? Whatever the reason, they have a design that they aren't producing at the moment. Does it hurt to have a budget version of that design available if they can get someone to produce it at a lower price point? I'm making an assumption that the Precihole version is objectively worth shooting, which is an assumption.
      I appreciate you taking the time to comment, and I genuinely want to try and understand the concerns that you and others have raised.

    "A slightly new direction"... ? Lego guns built in India. Hardly a "slight" change. Perhaps Claire can now afford a new hairdresser out of the profits?! Air Arms has just lost their first loyal customer. Me.

    • @WiscAirGunners
      @WiscAirGunners  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That’s an interesting perspective. We see their guns here in the US, but not too much outside of field target events. And Nic Gregoris…he’s quite good. At least that’s my experience.
      I don’t have an emotional connection to the brand, but understand why others would.
      If I may ask, is it simply that they are outsourcing, who they are partnering with or where the partnership has taken them that would cause you to stop buying from them?

    • @petervick4775
      @petervick4775 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@WiscAirGunners Air Arms was a British manufacturer (only out-sourcing barrels and stocks). I supported them and paid a premium price for their products - A Pro Sport .22 Walnut, TX200HC .22 Walnut and a TX200HC Ultimate Springer .22 Walnut. If I wanted an Indian rifle or a Chinese rifle I would NOT but one from Air Arms.
      Changing their logo is the final straw. They have lost my support, and, in my opinion, Claire has got it wrong on this occasion. I suspect there are plenty others who feel the same.

      @@petervick4775 Thanks for clarifying. Out of curiosity, let's say they come out with a new, all British rifle with compelling features in 2027. Would you take a look at it or give it a pass?

      If I may ask, are you referring to the video or audio quality, or does the idea of outsourcing cause this reaction? If it’s the latter, is it the idea of outsourcing generally, the particular company they are working with, where that company is located or something else that causes your reaction?
