Corn starch is GMO.
Natural Clays & herbs are available. Glove use would be recommended, specially if you sell the products. Distilled water or Floral Distilled water would be better. Thanks anyway.
How is this scented ? I don’t see anything in the ingredients that would suggest these have any scent

I am going to try this recipie. One of the simpler ones and you demonstrated it lovely. My only comment is that you might want to use ploysorbate 80 and lake dyes instead of food coloring as it might stain some tubs and food coloring isn't meant/regulated as skin safe. But if your making it at home go for it!
SunshineMama 90 I think food coloring should be fine for your skin I mean you can eat it so it shouldn’t be very bad and it’s such a small amount it shouldn’t hurt you
@@baileymadison9019 There's a reason they make colors for food and colors for soap making..... And just because you can eat it doesn't mean that you can put it on your skin.... That's why they make soap colors/ mica powder
People use food colors because it's cheaper. I would never use it, but each to his own😊

A quick reminder, if you use food coloring it's ILLEGAL to SELL the product. You have to use FD&C certified dyes, Lakes or Mica's etc in your products to sell them. If you're just making it for home use, it doesn't matter besides the possibility of staining if too much was used. Your math is a bit questionable, when you are using a 1/3 measuring cup and use 3 of them and call it a CUP (??)...that's not correct. Close but not correct.
I use this recipe for bulle scoops. Take an ice cream scoop with the little trigger on it, pack it with the dough and push the button to release onto wax paper. Does the same job just not rolled :)

I am thinking on making them for my local craft fair. What kind of prices did they have? Were they the same size?
I think at Lush it is $5-$8 for one of the slices or bars. But each bar you can use multiple times you only break a little bit of it off for your bath.
Do you have a video of these working in your tub? I don't do this kind of stuff so have no idea if they fizz or just make bubbles like a bubble bath liquid you buy at the store.

Yes she's just making sure you do what's best and safe for YOU. I'm sure she's done this plenty of times. I'm sure she moved her head a little or even held her breath.
What is the cream of tartar for?
The only thing I'd say is that's a heck of a lot of SLSA!! I use SLSA in all my bath products but I've never used a whole cup, at the most 1/4 cup. Must make for a tub full of bubbles! Your recipe so do it how it works for you. Love your colors!

Maybe bubble bars require a lot more SLSA, I've never made them. But a cup is a huge amount. SLSA is extremely bubble producing in small amounts, so before using a whole cup I would certainly test out. Again this is her recipe and looks amazing, so I don't want to take from that.

Janet Chessor the cream of tar tar produces some bubbles and also allows the bars to crumble easily. 😊

LaDolcevita break some off, put it in a strainer and put it under running water. Makes your baths bubbly!

I must have edited that part out on accident because I can see the essential oil in the clip, I don't really have an exact measurement however because not all oils are made equally and some are better than others. I probably put around ten drops of mine in but I wasn't using the highest quality oil. Sorry hope that is helpful and thanks for your comment!

Hello! You break off a chunk of the bubble bars under running water and it creates a bubble bath. Hope this helps!

It's a SOLID bubble bath soap instead of liquid bubble bath soap.

I made these this morning and they turned out great! Now I just have to wait until they dry. I made mine yellow and white and added Lemon grass essential oil, and instead of coco nut oil, (which I'm totally out of right now) I used Jojoba oil and vitamin E oil. Did see when I washed my hands and the utensils I'd used, that I got lots and lots of bubbles... ❤️️

i think you misheard. The ingredient you are most likely thinking of is SLSA. SLSA a surfactant used to make bubbles. Derived from coconuts and palm.

You should add baking soda to your hands just like you would use flower if you were baking! It will really help with the sticking onto you!

I think it is the SLSA that makes it bubble I could be wrong though with bath bombs I don’t use tar tar, SLSA or glycerin.

i would suspect so since all the ingredients are plant derivatives. As long as the fragrance you use is a vegan one I don't see why they wouldn't be.
Help i follow your your recipe to the T I do not know what I did wrong please help is crumbly I roll it up but it's crumble and I cannot cut it and I put more than enough water please help
stacey murphy if it is still too crumbly after trying to mold it you can try mixing in a little bit more glycerin it will just take a bit longer to dry afterwards! Hope this helps 😊
