You have to leave the lid open until it starts to get hot and smoking pretty good. That’s when you know that it’s “up to temperature,” and burning good. Then you can close the lid and adjust the airflow.
Hi! Thanks for the video! Just picked up one of these from an old vineyard here in Suisun City. In the video description you say not to use gasoline as fuel but I’m confused because isn’t that gas you are pouring in? It sounds like you said gas. Just wondering how to do this without causing issues 😂
Gasoline can be used to start them quickly. About 1/2 or one cup of gasoline. The main fuel(majority of the liquid) should be diesel, kerosene or oil, like vegetable or used motor oil.

Yep! It heats up an area and prevents frost or freeze damage on sensitive trees or plants.

They are really good at what they do. They also make great outdoor work or patio heaters.
