    You’re ready to finally feel it. Remember: no labels, no judgment. Just feel the feelings in your body for exactly what they are: sensations. And do what you gut shows you to feel it fully, even if it seems “ridiculous.” Do this until there’s nothing left to feel, and you’ll be free.
