Another one strange thing - why do u leave some styles in templates?.. Shouldn't it will be nice if everything will be in one place?

Good buddy! But again at the same time you all should consider that this video is just to show all aspects of angular which can be utilized by the one who uses Angular. If I only use styles at one place than how will I show different approaches to use styles in angular, also as we as developers have spent more than 10 years into industry what ever I do, it is for a reason!
