1. Do you have to pay for heist coins or are there other ways to get them?
2. Ive seen other youtubers and you pick a locked door and then open it without dropping the lock pick. How do you do that?

No problem. As for the questions:
1. Sadly, yes. you have to pay for heist coins. (would be nice if there was like daily quest/mission to earn them)
2. The lock door one is simple, after unlocking the door(or the door is already unlocked), all you have to do is sprint through the door. (Hold down the shift key and run into the door.) And it should open right up.
Now sprinting through doors will generate noise which will alert nearby guards, that are in ear shot. (sometimes a good thing but sometimes a bad thing). So keep in mind when doing so.

If you have a hacking device you can hack straight into the basement, turn off alarms, then get into vault
Most times when I make the reviews, I make them for people who are just starting out and don't have that yet (so a fresh level 1). But yes 😂 once you have the hacking device it makes it a little bit faster, though sometimes the mini game I do really fast, and sometimes it takes me a lot longer.

The only solution I could give you is maybe waiting until he leaves the hallway room and sneaking in behind him. It would take longer waiting for him but you shouldn't get caught that way lock picking.

Glad to hear you figured it out. It's the simplest things we overlook. That's like when I didn't realize sprinting through unlock doors make a little bit of noise and will attract nearby guards. I'll admit I didn't realize this for a good 2 weeks. lol

js a piece of advice, you make these videos in a really fast pace
but im fine w that, just find it annoying
I'm sorry that you find it annoying with the quick/fast edit pace. (Though a lot of the BIG Guide channels/Reviewers/"cool kids" do the fast cut editing. ) While I find it annoying at times as well I hope you will give me the time to explain my reasoning:
The reason I did the videos in fast pace is because I wanted to get straight to the point. Why watch a 15 min long guide where you watch the person pick the lock of every door that they go through, then you go to skip it only to go too far and miss some important detail. So Instead I took the "important" parts, and compacted them into a 4 min video so people don't have to go through the pain I first had to.
I made the videos for "new" players or even existing players who know the layout, but still need the extra help to figure out, how to go about the heist.
SORRY for the rambling, (sorry for writing 3 paragraphs) I Just wanted to give my reasoning, as to why I did the video/edit the way I did. I'm grateful for the advice, and the comment(s) that you left and HOPE you leave more in the future. I hope you understand the reasoning I have behind it.

p.s. (Once Again I want to say sorry for rambling. I rewrote this 3 times, cause I didn't want to seem/come off as a jerk/Douche. "Kind a hard to "feel"/"know" a tone through text/words alone. I just wanted to just explain my reasoning behind it, and though you find it annoying at times. That you understand through my reasoning/perspective why I chose it that way.)

Fun fact: the packages that the bar hides in reality are somewhat illegal substances, pablo escobar was someone who trafficked with this, the name of the map???, esco bar, what happens if you put it together escobar, his last name, oh my god oar surprises me every day, by the way thanks for the guide

@@BakedBreadGaming Another curious fact Dunhal, the developer of the OAR and OAC games, had thought that Patrick's bar from OAR was going to be used for the One Armed Robber game, the map would be called the same, it would be paid, just like in OAC, what you would have to steal would be beer and money from civilians, OAR was going to be an easier game and they wanted to recycle OAC stuff but in the end they didn't, I love your OAC videos too by the way

@@BakedBreadGaming well i know things about oar and oac but from druglord tycoon no, sorry, but i have a question for you, On some OAR maps there is a white van that says ONE ARMED REPAIRS, you think it could be the next Dunhall game
I know on their steam page it doesn't show, only the druglord tycoon. But it would make sense to have that in the next one armed series if they promote it in their other game, especially how popular the oar game is.

can I play with my friends on this map if only one of us will buy it? Or does everyone must buy it?
That's a good question. I saw multiple people say that it is like payday where only the host needs the map and everyone can join off them. BUT I seen others say that they were having connection issues, was this due to not having the map or internet connection im not sure. So I'm not for sure but if I find out I'll let you know for sure!

So we just tested it out and it seems to allow you to join but then kick all the people out so I guess everyone will have to own the dlc.

Did you grab your kit/gun right away? If so the civilians will start to spot you/be alerted, but if you don't grab your kit right away you can walk freely in the non restricted areas.
Guards of course would be alerted in areas that are restricted.

As for this the first video, what you can do instead of running by the guard, go to the left of him and jump/vault "over" him. You'll get stuck at first, but once the guard moves you'll be untuck and can continue with the rest of the heist.
