Formation World Tour was her Magnus Opus. The thing about hitting your Magnus Opus...it's almost impossible to top. So people will always expect that at the bare minimum. And in my opinion...not sure if it can be done. Formation World Tour was Beyonce at her absolute best.
So, this show was before Blue joined her on stage? I’ve never seen this segment without her up there with her mom (avoided all videos from the tour until the movie’s release), but I did know she wasn’t present during the very beginning of the tour. It feels like an alternate/deleted scene without her. 😅

1) had you taken the time to watch her other performances of this medley, you would’ve noticed her cape/outfit was obviously bothering her which is why she couldn’t dance properly 2) “bad” according to whose standards…? Because let’s be honest, even when she’s half dancing, she’s still better than most performers. There’re plenty of times she hit the various choreographies perfectly but no one ever talks about that. All people seem to care about are the couple of times she’s very laid back. It’s just weird. Also I think it’s time to let go of the previous image you had of Beyoncé. She’s not going back to coachella level, she said it herself. She’s a mother of 3 now and it’s obvious she just wants to have fun. You guys need to stop expecting her to dance like she did when she was 35. And also put things into perspective and maybe you’ll realize what she’s been giving- even if she’s not going as hard- is great.
