@@PogLeaf muscle definition comes from growing the muscle, so first bulk up and eat a lot and grow after that you go into a cut which is eating less calories a day then your body burns over the course of 9month to a year and then you will get definition. I will make a video about this thank you for the idea

3 days on one day off is what I would advise also 30 minutes of cardio a day
