It's clear watching this team play the last month that they have lost belief in themselves. This side is somehow way better playing away from home, which I guess is a good thing because that's where they'll be for playoffs.
Not just the ref. The VAR team is also a joke. I don't recall agreeing with any of the VAR calls for or against the Caps this year. That no-goal because of Gauld's "foul" was egregious. Why would VAR even get in on that play? And the no-call when Laborda was destroyed in the box in extra time. Why no VAR on that?
