I remember this song in 1979 when i was still in my first year high school days this song was very famous during those times. 43 years have passed but this song is still very alive and full of memories. This is the kind of a song that will never die somehow it is not bounded by time. A very beautiful song to listen to. Thanks for the composer and singer of this song. " I'm Coming Home "
People hardly hear this on radios now a days love this song.
It's always played on 3MP daily
Mum
I'm coming home
So take my picture off the wall
I'm coming home
I've had enough of being alone
Dad
I'll see you soon
Don't keep me talking on the phone
You're wasting time
I've gotta move
I'm going home
Since I've been away
It gets harder everyday
I really have a lot to learn
She loved me at the start
Then she left and broke my heart
To my home I will return
Now I will come to you
Back to the only friends I know
You understand
Your love is true
I'm coming home
Since I've been away
It gets harder everyday
I really have a lot to learn
She loved me at the start
Then she left and broke my heart
To my home I will return
Now I will come to you
So take my picture off the wall
You understand
I've had enough
I'm coming home
Had enough and so I'm coming home

Hi sir graeham, I really love to listen this song.
Greetings from Philippines.
🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
Just by watching Mr Gobble sing, I learned to sing with my brother when we go to karaokes, his creativity for melodies .. is flawless!
I'm 50 now. Ive been listening to this song since my childhood years.
Very underrated song. This was a big hit in the Philippines. Living in California now & when we first went back home,
I used this track for a homecoming video I made for my relatives. Great melody & harmonies, reminds me of the Bee Gees.
Yes it's a big hit here way back 1979.p
I am listening to this and feeling nostalgic. What a great underrated song.

If only... just imagine where could be now...

i will never forget this song. it reminds me of the lazy sunday afternoon mini bus rides with my late lola pepang from Pakil Laguna to Sampaloc Manila back in 1979 to 80's.
tiga pakil ninong ko ah...aguinaldo asinas, malapit lang sila sa simbahan tsaka sa swimming pool na bukal,nakapag-turumba pa kami dun 20 yrs ago!..
nice to know may taga Pakil na nag comment dito. taga Pakil din ako, Ben Macbasco po. love this song, one of my favorites.
Nakakamiss Ang singer na katulad nyo
My childhood kinda song using our turn table stereo.
@@ben22mac i bet you're related to Janet Basco. Friend po namin ang Macabasco sa Pakil sina Kuya Eric Macabasco, Jen, Gloria, Leo....
@Graeham Goble, you n Beeb had this awesome song you both wrote & sang when i was just finishing high school in '79. Perfect duet for sure,,,,
You n Beeb were awesome singing together for sure.....
I'm coming home..still ecxelenty today and maybe forever...full of memories of us, nice to hear this song anyhow anytime..thank you for the singer and the composer of the music.
I heard this song first on my radio. I was posted in a remote hilly area for long time. Now I'm 70 years old. But still it has been a nostalgic song and still love to listen. What a creation!❤❤❤
I was studying in Australia and missed home in Malaysia big time. Did not have the financial means for the air ticket. During this time, whenever they played this song on radio, I would feel very homesick. It was 1979 so the only ways I could communicate with my parents were through snail mails and the occasional (expensive) phone calls. I could certainly relate to the reference of phone calls in the song. Today after 42 years, when I hear this song, I still vividly recall that forlorn feeling. I will never forget this beautiful song.
Address to giraffe masai mara to coming back home 🏡

Every cell in my body may have replaced itself many times by now, yet some how this song transports my heart back to the young and wonderful boy in the early 80's. Memories of being in front seat, hearing this song with dad. As many other comments here attest.. this song is beyond time. 😢 🔥

Hey, count me in !! I am still listening until now. I vividly remember that I sang this song when I was in 4th grade. It’s all about good old days. I missed those times. Life is so simple back then but it’s priceless.
So serene, reminds me of 6th grade, family, no stress.........innocence. Now Daddy & Mama are in heaven. They were right about everything. I miss them. Tears. 💔 B & G 💜
Hearing for the first time and touched my soul as my mom's last word ," come home baby".
I am coming home.... These old songs full of love and messages and emotions , droppings salty , tears from eyes n keeps nose running by...
this song is still huge until now that it is still played during Sundays&Everynights to make peolple sleep better here in the Philippines.
Hi! I was in my elementary years when this song is a big hit in the "FM Radio's", indeed this song is a "lullaby". Isa to sa mga Lullaby's ko, when my "Transistor Radio" ay magdamag naka-bukas, my other lullaby's is "Old Photographs" by Jim Capaldi, to'ng dalawa talaga hinihintay ko, na ipa-tug-tug ng mga Dj's, hindi kagaya ngayon na pindotin mo nalang sa "Smartphone" mo or sa "Computer" mo, pwede pa e-replay hanggang mag-sawa ka. Love to go back to the decade's 1980's and 1970's, I really missed (those) younger years. : )
@@CrankedUpReallyHigh1 Just an fyi. Filipinos are a kind of audience that is hard to please especially with singing, since a lot can sing. It is rather a compliment if a Filipino says a song could bring him to sleep because that would mean a song is so smooth and cool to listen, making him relaxed. This is a cultural thing and an idiom phrase that Filipinos use everyday if they hear a very good song.

I used to hear this song on the old 2uw here in Sydney, those were the days, it was AM radio but it didn't matter, the songs were the greatest and this song one of the best around back then. Beeb and Graeham have a talent unmatched and only wished they continued to pump out the tunes.
Was that with Pally Ward Austin?
I still hear it quite a lot on 88.9 FM Tamworth. Love it.
