Wow, you rarely see step siblings and exs get along so well! Good on OP for helping them out and getting away from that jerk. They should definitely press charges, it'll probably help with the custody and child support cases. I hope they all enjoy their time in greece.

I'm not surprised that the posters ex baby daddy is a deadbeat the fact that this man couldn't even stay loyal to one person and make time for his only child biologically what makes the bossier thing that this guy was a good person to begin with but at least the only good thing that came out of this that the new spouse was in the only one that saw what the poster went through cuz now she's going through it but hopefully they're able to get full custody and make sure that this guy is never around any kids again
unfortunately, he is her dad and a lot of courts in the US require both parents to be involved in some way, unless he signed his parental rights away. it’s more a legal thing than anything
@@F4AltplusF4 while that’s a really shitty thing, courts typically grant full custody if one of the parents committed a felony or has a bad history of abuse, whether that’s with substances or people. plus, doing everything through courts is not only expensive but it’s time consuming
