WOW! I had to pause your video around the 13 minute mark so that I could comment on that incredibly vulnerable truth that you shared. I feel something very similar, like life was easier in a lot of ways when I was less focused on God (in truth, I wasn’t focused on him at all). I don’t think it sounds bad at all; it’s the truth of trying to live as followers of Christ, and we need to talk about those things as much as we talk about the glory. This ain’t an easy walk, and most days I’m just crawling. LOL! Well, I have no answers for those difficult feelings (for you or me) but I do know and trust that God meet us where we are. There is no shame in acknowledging your truth. He knows it anyway. And, you help others when you share the inconvenient truths, like you just helped me. Keep the faith, hang in there and God bless you. Now, back to what you were saying …
