Done 💪 I love the combo of upper body and core . It was brutally challenging, and yet so satisfying at the same time. I hope more people discover you incredibly good channel.
Nepal! Thats awesome man! I always wanted to visit there, looks like such an amazing place, beautiful nature. Thanks for joining in! 🤝 Grateful to have you here 💪
What a great workout video, love the music, love the workout format, I've injured my knee and will be doing knee- free workouts for a while, and this video was fantastically easy to adopt to sitting/ laying down only. I got a good workout. Thank you!
Hey Chris! I've been watching your channel for quite a while. You've really been quite an inspiration for me to transform my physique. I was just wondering how do you summon the motivation and focus to crush your workouts?
Hey Vulcan! Thank you for your support! 🤝 Really happy to hear you're inspired to work on your physique! That's great man! 💪 I summon the motivation to crush the workouts in a few different ways. First I always look myself in the mirror and tell myself it's time to crush it right before each workout. That's why I add the intro at the beginning of every workout ''Time to Crush it'' to set the mood for everyone's workout. When I'm working out I always think of how other people are going to put in the work doing the same workout so it motivates me to perform at my best so I don't let them down. Caffeine 30 min before workouts is great for focus, in the form of coffee or pre workout. I've built working out as one of my habits over many years. It's so ingrained in my weekly routine that I will get upset if I miss a workout. But the number one thing that motivates me is helping others crush their workouts around the world. There is nothing better than hearing someone who challenged themselves and had a great workout. This motivates me the most. Apart from the vast health benefits exercising gives, I believe it also plays a huge role in mental health. I think it really helps with your mood, emotional state and ability to handle stress when you challenge yourself physically and push yourself past limits that you thought you had. Progress to me goes hand in hand with motivation. When you see and feel yourself making progress it motivates you to keep going. Since your goal is to transform your physique, nutrition will play a huge role. I put together a free nutrition guide, I think it will help you on your journey - www.chrispecsi.com/nutrition-guidance This was such a great question, really made me think about it! Grateful to have you here. 👊 Let's CRUSH it together! 💪
