TECH ANGEL; You are an angel. This post will sound corny, but I'm sincere when I share & I think others reading will agree that you'd be a great school teacher, if you aren't already one. Your voice & pace of speaking/mentoring how to perform a task is wonderful, & even calming at the same time. Exuding calmness makes others calm so they can focus. On another note, I have the exact same watch you have. I got mine at Target, but like you said, it is cheaper if you can find this model/color at Walmart. Walmart is usually the cheapest for anything, unless you're shopping online sites. Thank you.

Thank you, your directions helped me set my 1980s Garfield watch. I've had it tucked away and came across it looking through things, and I ordered the correct battery. Still, meanwhile, I had a different battery that ran it, but not enough power for the light, and I wanted to try it to see if the watch was still good. To my delight, it is, and so thank you for the directions, and I will get to where the watch when the new battery comes in. 🎉🎉🎉🎉

How do you get the PM on the side for some reason mine is not doing that and it’s only giving me military time
To switch from military time back to standard time, press the A button (top right corner). It toggles between standard and military time..
I bought one of these yesterday. I got the black version of yours, and I want to know is this watch waterproof? They advertise a different watch in the manual like you stated
If it's an Armitron sports watch this should be the specifications:
Water resistant to 100 m (330 ft): In general, suitable for swimming and snorkeling, but not scuba diving.
