The brilliant comedy written by the late Jim Hitchmough. Starring Emma Wray, Paul Bown, Lisa Tarbuck and Patsy Byrne. When shy birdwatcher Malcolm meets the rather loud, bright young Brenda. It ran from 1987 to 1993

"Terry is curious about Malcolm's date with Brenda, Pretending to be a customer, Brenda calls into the shop to arrange another date, but with Malcolm's Mother, Mrs Stoneway also making arrangements, it looks as if his day off will have to be a combined affair!"
