I personally love Ivan and Arak (Universe 1 & 5) because of how out-there their designs are. They aren’t simply an animal or animal-like being, or even a humanoid-like being, they’re simply their own design. (I would argue that Mosco is pretty unique as well but the complexity of Mule makes me unable to decide.)

Like other people, i think that the Gods are more or less in the same tier, but Beerus is pretty high. It fits with his treatment as the final wall for Goku and Vegeta to surpass and it would have sense that they still did not surpass him. And if one day Goku/Vegeta will surpass Beerus, if is one of the strongest, then they will surpass all the other Gods at once.
