Good luck next season. Bracknell's exile is not as far as yours, but it's never easy. It's probably my fault my home town team lost. I've seen them play at home 12 times. They've only won one game, losing eight, and have let in at least three goals in 10 of those 12 games (in contrast they've won 6 of 8 away games I've been to). I'm mainly a Reading fan, so not the greatest footballing week ever for me. I've seen Bracknell lose 0-9 at home in front of less than 50 people, so I know things could be a lot worse. It was an interesting contest. I thought Bracknell knocked the ball round really well, and had the edge territorially, but Truro always looked more dangerous when the ball was in the area. I felt if Bracknell had got ahead then they'd have a good chance of scoring on the counter as you pushed forward to try to equalise, but you always looked more likely to create a good chance, and so it proved. Bracknell's chance was the one with 10 minutes left that was put over the bar, when it looked easier to score. That miss will haunt him all summer. I'd also not spotted on the day that the 2nd goal should have easily been cleared off the line, but it took a bobble over the defender's foot. On the balance of good chances created though, I can't complain. Truro certainly created the most, and scored the most, so you go up. Besides, after watching Reading lose all four play-off finals they've been in, and that game making it 0/2 for Bracknell play-off finals, I kind of expect it!
I like that this team uploads highlights.
Thanks for the highlights. Amazing scenes! Still can’t quite believe it happened even after watching this!
What a memorable day❤!
What a game.
