I'd like to mention one of the cruellest moments of Winx Club. The way Aisha's biggest fear is darkness, and then, Valtor makes her blind. It's seriously so terrible.
Flora’s fear could have been something like a green house on fire. That would symbolize her being afraid of the new rage she’s experiencing towards the Trix and if that will consume her (like how a fire consumes everything around it). Just like how Tecna isn’t used to emotions in general, Flora isn’t used to the darker side of her emotional spectrum to the degree she’s been feeling it. Get it? Degree? Like either temperature or the level of severity if you get burned? If I ever have kids, I pray for them and all of the dad jokes they’re going to have to endure lol But yeah, it’s not like Flora had nothing to work with. Just, not the most exciting aspects to use compared to the others.
@Nameless omg I'd love that. Like there's only so much Flora feels she can do with protective or distraction spells. The Trix aren't letting up, and Mirta might be stuck as a pumpkin forever if she can't fix _that_ either. I know the 4Kidz line of Flora saying "hate" for the first time ever in regards to the Trix isn't canon (at least, it's not in the canon Italian version), but just imagine. Flora's never been hateful of anyone, no matter how harshly they've treated her, but the Trix have been so vile to her and her friends that she's feeling hatred and anger for the first time in her life. It'd be super cool if the writers ever delved into sweet natured Flora in fear of her own intrusive thoughts. She's always aware of how others are feelings, but herself?
Even as a kid I thought it was stupid that Musa's nightmare being about a "world without music" still had background music. It would've been much cooler if the whole sequence was quiet
The image of techna’s screaming face as she reaches forward while trapped by the numbers has been burned into my brain so thoroughly that I can picture it perfectly nearly 18 years after I last saw it lol
Other than Flora's story with Helia and her doubting herself we don't see much of her Although in season 2 where all the girls were fighting thier insecurities and fears Flora was the most relatable
If Bloom is surprised by Flora using the word ‘hate’ imagine her reaction if Flora swore. Also, this episode gave 10 year old me nightmares and I thought it was real because of it.
As someone who falls in the autism spectrum, I relate so strongly to Tecna. Social interaction is based in analysis for me, and it often feels like I barely qualify as human because I don't really ever fit in.
I vibe with this to a degree but more never really fitting in because I don’t know how to appropriately respond to certain things along with never really being able to tell between sarcasm and jokes. Reason why I mostly keep to myself and toil in isolation
Giving most of monsters extreme/complete resistance to fairy magic in seasons 1-3 was a very effective "show, don't tell" explanation of _why_ Winx were treated as extraordinary for being so capable in combat, and justifying the existence of red fountain/the specialists in general. I get the feeling that it's normally not that difficult to hard-counter a fairy in open combat, and that Alfea mostly trains their fairies for taking on non-combat/supportive roles in society.
Well my deepest fear did come true is that Winx club will never continue their journey to adulthood for the sake of profit and they're just gonna focus on their favorite red hair girl 😢
In my opinion Flora's fear would be being not good enough. I think about Surfuce Pressure from Encanto. I can totally see Flora being scared of bringing dissapointment to people. Being unable to help friends with something, getting low score in a test, her plants dying, Mirta being a pumpkin forever, Helia not reciprocating her feelings. Her nightmare? So many things and voices once at the time, mocking her, calling her, overlapping each other, and she just being overwhelmed.
Group mom Flora could've been afraid that she's only being used by the others. People in caregiver roles sometimes overstrain themselves trying to help others. It's a hard balance between helping others and enabling their bad habits
I imagine if the Nightmare Gargoyle drains a powerful fairy or witch, they gain an ability derived from the nightmare. For example.. From Stella’s nightmare it could gain an ability to reflect attacks From Musa’s it can cut off the ability of speech and hearing From Tecna it gains the ability to create a sticky web of numbers An idea for Flora’s nightmare. She fears being useless. In contrast with her power of plants and life, she finds herself in a dead wasteland, her friends lying dead on the ground, she attempts to heal them with her magic, but it just turned them to stone and she watches as her now petrified friends turn to dust.
An idea to build on for the garden idea for Flora's nightmare: She's a living flower in her mother's garden, but she's in a different section than her father and her sister. She can see them from her section, but can't get to them....and only their section is one that her mother bothers to water. As she starts to wilt, she tries to shift her roots closer to both be closer to her family and get some water. Once she steps outside of her section, her mother declares her a weed and rips her out.
I often connect myself to/with Flora for the simple fact that we are caring and affectionate towards people and nature around us. Our worst nightmare perhaps is knowing that the tremendous amount of love we share are being made fun of, that we are being joked about for being sweet and not confrontative or open to our own problems or feelings, that we cry and emote easily....
On the community post, I’ve commented that a way the episode would’ve been much better is if the monster not only grew from exploiting each girls’ nightmares and fears. It even absorbs and siphons their magic which leaves the Winx not only exhausted from stress, but also having a portion of their magic stolen. The monster could even fight the Winx with their own spells to establish the threat and strength.
I just imagined a ideia for a remake of this episode, that idea being, each nightmare has a different animation style that correlates to the nightmare. Stella's would be in a shadow puppet style, since in would be very fitting with her powers. Musa's nightmare would be like one of those old silent cartoons, for obvious reasons, have you seen how creepy those can be. Tecna's would be in one of those early uncanny CGI animations, those where the characters look lifeless, plastic and emotionless.
Flora's nightmare could've been her being stuck in one place, maybe trapped inside something, watching all her friends in trouble or suffering or something and not being able to do anything about it.
Tecna’s nightmare always sticks with me because during a period of time I had a fear of loosing the control of my love of Thunderbirds and I didn’t want to leave the show for something else. It’s stupid I know.
@@TFTN_official Yup. I find that fear to be reasonable. I get it can be scary to lose control. Especially since I did. I am better now tho. It took me a while to pull myself out of the hole. If you haven't fallen then that's great. You can still love something while moving on to something else. Might I suggest fanfiction? It can wear down love.
@@moinuddinqureshi8804 good news is I haven’t crumbled to this fear and I have done lots of Thunderbirds fan fiction where the Tracy brothers get involved with the crazy adventures with AMS agent Princess Bethany (she’s my brainchild) and her pals from the House Of The Dead franchise. I do love to draw the Tracy’s and the characters from Thunderbirds in crazy and creative situations, a personal favourite drawing of mine is my Angel Virgil Tracy freaking out while he gets attacked with an elaborate laughing gas trap before Bethany springs in to save him, she’s immune to laughing gas but she doesn’t feel pain after breathing it in because she’s half fairy on her mother’s side.
Actually, in season 4, the Russian dub Stella says “I guess today I won’t have to count calories” which only makes me more afraid for how much she actually eats, if she struggles with body issues.
Looking back at older Winx club seasons making me realize how too kiddie and child friendly Nick made Winx Club. Personally I hate the fact that anything that is animated has to automatically be locked to be just aimed at kids. If it’s dark, is HAS to be live action because it’s “more adult”.
We all need to talk about season 2 it was a really dark and creepy season if many of u don't remember the pixies were discussing about escaping from darker's control however there is a particular scene where a pixie is telling locket (Bloom's pixie) that they should escape soon so, that they don't end up like the other pixies then the next scene cuts to some pixies clothes floating around as locket looks sadly at it also there are are many details that the pixies give us throughout the season Explaination: what the pixies mean by "You don't wanna end up like the others'' it basically means that they're being tortured and killed in darkar's place which truly shows how much of a monster darker is
Even when I was a child, Tecna has the most terrifying nightmare (and even adult, it is so much traumatising). I do like the little change 4Kids have added to Musa's nightmare, it fits well to the character.
My only critique about floras relationship with her parents is that I think floras moms name would be more of a Latin sounding name instead of Alyssa just because floes is latinx coded and miele is Spanish for honey other then that i love the idea and it’s fitting for latinx fanilies because our mothers/parents expect a lot from their kids especially if they’re immigrants
I think that if The creators decided to make flora avoid The energy draining from the monster they atleast should have made her show off more her powers , damaging the monster or The trix or partecipating on The ‘’convergence’’ of bloom and Faragonda to take out The gargoyle , either with energy spheres or using vines to block him. Btw i love how griffin in the italian dub calls Griselda an old hag cause she told her about The trix invasion in the school lol.
True and okay you do remember the Halloween episode with the tree sisters and stuff yeah that. I have just rewatched the first 3 Seasons and i got scared when you saw one of the Sisters after Stella had done that with the pumpkin light and the worst part is that I am 14 and still got scared lol
Oh I love how blocky Timmy's eyes are just illusions aka not real since eyes are seen as the gateways to the soul meaning there's no soul, no emotion either. It could mean that Tecna is unable to understand that or that she's not able to connect with people as she probably would like to and just imagines something similar yet far away. It's such fantastic imagery I love this episode so much because you can keep analyzing and talking about it for hours
Thank you so cordially for covering this episode, Thomas! It is one of my most favourite and interesting ones. I have nothing more to add than for the fears of Flora and Aisha. Although Aisha is still missing in this season, we do see her deepest fears in season 2. Darkar and being stuck forever in her childish physique, not being able to escape to strict rules of traditions of royalty. Plus a pinch of darkness and pure loneliness and isolation. For Flora, and after reading some of the down comments, I say that her biggest fear would be that she is just a pure failure and a mistake. The phobia that nobody cares for her, that everyone feels annoyed by her and that she is completely useless and weak as a fairy and a friend. Her friends teasing her, the Trix mocking her, Faragonda saying that she misjudged her and that she is nothing but a waste of magic, her parents and sister being completely disappointed and ashamed of her. If we add Helia - that he also made the mistake of loving her. That would have crushed her, especially with the big and caring heart she has. Also let us add that everything she comes in contact with: plants, people, animals, she brings only pain and misery. For Bloom, although, it was rather small. Yes, self-doubting herself, Sky’s treason, being adopted but also season 3 showing her fear regarding her Enchantix - that she is a completely failure as a fairy and also that she was the reason for the distraction of her own realm and the demise of her beloved family.
Honestly I find myself relating to Unicorn’s idea of Flora’s nightmare. Along with his explanation of mirrors although in my case it’d be seeing the negative aspects of myself and the anxiety I feel sometimes. In Rwby, I saw and still see a lot of myself in Weiss. The Path to Isolation and Mirror Mirror are the songs that seem to resonate with me while This Life is Mine being what I want to move towards or coming to terms with myself.
OMG WHAT IF FLORA'S NIGHTYMARE IS EVERY FLOWER SHE TOUCH IT DIES AND EVERY PERSON SHE TRIES TO REACH OUT TO GOES AWAY AND TELLS HER SHES USELESS OMGOMGOMGOMG
I loved this episode of winx club! It was so interesting and great! And I loved the part when faragonda came and was like "What the heck are you witches doing here!" 💀🌟
This makes me reminisce when the Trix were actually good at scheming and didn't need to have some other entity tell them what to do. Even in season 6 when they take over again, they are reliant on Selina's book and her guidance for ways to deal with the winx rather than using their own years of knowledge and resources to device ways to take them out. It's as if they've learned nothing on what works best against them.
My worst nightmares are the bs romance drama/love triangles, the characters being whitewashed, characters being flanderized/dumbed down, Fate counting on Netflix, None of the Winx getting more screentime, the stupid transformations, childish dialogue, shitty villains, The stupid Trix, etc.
mega trivia: there is some proof (an German magazine releasing summaries of each episode before airing) that episode 15 was supposed to be about a parents day (something about Icy freezing King Radius I think...lol), but it looks like it got changed. But they forgot to change the dialogs here regarding that event. Idk I'll dig it up soon and let u know.
My deepest fear is living in a world without the amazing animation shows we have today that helped me connect with people and made me realize who I am.
What was weird was that Bloom was crying that she hated teacher meetings yet in the second episode, it is revealed that earthlings can't enter the magic realm...like where's the plot consistency?
I always love the greatest fear episodes and their lighter, but no less tragic, counterpart, the Lotus Eater episode. You can tell so much about a character from their greatest desire and their greatest fear, especially if either of these come as a surprise to the character. But wow did Winx go hard with these nightmares 😨
Side note : season 6 Nemesis could have been the Girls affected with Shadow Virus from season 2 or Shadow clones \season 2 . All it 's the darkness of their hearts. Season 6 villain had dark animal magic but she could have easily had made a shadow clone virus and switched out one the girls or Roxy with their own shadow clone.
The first form of the Nightmare Gargoyle (that name for it slaps btw) genuinely looks like a creature from the anime Blood+. The creature is called a Chiropteran, and that specific similar look is of the baby form of a Chiropteran.
Hi everyone! Sorry for the late comment but I was on vacation with my family. This was amazing, which is to be expected at this point, especially with one of the best episodes of the series. I know it's rather basic, but I really love the more defensive fight choreography this episode as well. I also CAN'T believe that I didn't notice the connection between Musa quote"challenging" the monster by writing it off as a symbol nightmare. As for Flora's nightmare (going off of season 1 Flora here) I think it could start with her on Lynfia trying to help her parents. The twist however is that she ends up hurting everyone instead. For example, it could start out with her helping her father with a potion to heal a sick animal. However, she makes a mistake that turns it into poison. (Her father would probably catch this before she poisons the creature but this is just the beginning) as the nightmare continues, Flora would decide that because the first mistake was caused by her hands, she would resort to using her powers instead only to find out that this was making things even worse. Eventually she would come to realize that she was admitting an aura that was hurting everyone around her (think Darcy's spell from" The Black Willow's tears" episode) realizing this Flora would actively try to suppress her powers. Things would continue to get worse however, as even standing completely petrified with fear she seems to be emitting this energy and it is only continuing to get stronger. Realizing this, the young fairy would start running away. Trying to take it as far away as possible as to not hurt anyone. She would then try increasingly desperate measures such as trapping herself in a cave with a rock slide to conceal the powers but anytime you try to use her powers to call on plants they would simply die and anything she used to try and conceal the power would simply dissolve. The nightmare would probably end with her trying to flee to magix only to realize that this curse was still following her. How dark it would actually end up becoming would ultimately be up to the staff of course.
I once read a Winx fic and when this episode was covered. The OC's fear was her parent's disappearance and a wolf. The latter which chased And slashed her on her back, and the author went into great detail about the bloodied mark. And as it turns out her fear of wolves is due to a traumatic wolf attack, and the she even has the scar on her back as a painful reminder.
This is a type of episode that I really love; seeing the characters deepest darkest fears is such a good way to explore the characters and often gives some great animation.
These are my personal ‘this should’ve been their nightmares’ Stella: being forgotten by everyone. Or being invisible forever. Being all alone in the dark with no one to turn to. Muza: being deaf and/or mute. Being unable to form a connection with anyone. Never hearing the majestic sounds of beings. Techna: I genuinely have no idea. I don’t know her character lore as much. Bloom: being
Ooo! I really wanna rewatch the 4Kids dub again! And I still have that spark in me to rewrite the series from the top, but, I guess fittingly given the episode and video, I fear fueling the fire due to be burned by judgement, a lot of it my own. So many people love the stuff I write, but it just bounces right off me. The very few criticisms I have gotten have left scars on me. Then again, I think those instances were more about me misunderstanding the assignments I was given in school than actual bad composure. Point is, it's hard to write with anxiety and MDD.
Most likely it's not intentional but i find it interesting that the nightmares order is simillar to a typical victims order in slasher movies. Stella is first. Most of the time the spoiled popular girl are the first victim. Musa is next, the victim who does not take seriously the threat Tecna is third. The nerd of the group. Bloom is the last victim. Representing the one who throw themselves to beat the killer but getting killed or survive the injuries. And Flora, the nicest of the group, is the final girl, who manege to survive
Thomas, just wanna say I grew up around the time of the 4Kids dub but it never gelled with me for various reasons but in spite of me going "it's just not my thing" I always had an "outsider looking in" mentality with the franchise. It was enough of such that I at least made friends with people who did live and die for the show and amazingly I never was such a douchebag about my dislike/indifference that it scared them off, and I've stayed in touch off-and-on with one of them for more than 15 years now and have kept at least minor tabs on how the series has progressed. Cue me finding your season 5 rewrite, which I was absolutely fascinated in, and then subsequently just tuning in whenever I've had time to kill because it has been a lot of fun hearing someone gush over a show they adore while not shying away from the missteps in the writing. Looking forward to your eventual season 6 rewrite. I always thought it was dirty how Roxy's just indiscreetly pushed to the side after season 4 (that didn't happen to Aisha/Layla, obviously) and I thought it could have been fascinating to have her be a foil to Selina as the start of a new generation of magic users on Earth and their wildly different views on things.
Thomas: Being the mom friend of the group must give you some codependency issues Me making a flora Halloween costume to this video: …I DID NOT COME HERE FOR A F**KING CALLOUT
As a kid i was scarred by the nightmare monster episode but when I rewatched it recently I was like WTFF it was so scarry how could I just watch it at my young age ? 😂😂😂 The Tecna nightmare wtffff creepy af !
I wonder if the Winx could fight the Gargoyle in the Netflix series World of Winx with Dreamix and Onyrix in the World of dreams (never land)! That would make things come full circle and would be a tough battle being that the Winx are in the Gargoyles territory!
It’s very interesting how different the 4Kids and the cinelume dubs are. As someone who watches winx club in german, I have noticed that sometimes the dialogues are 4Kids likely or seemed to be inspired (? Idk, or maybe it’s just because of the language and the german version changed for better understanding? Idk… again) but most-times the dub follows the RAI version strictly. Maybe that has something to do with the german channel RTLII, this channel was well known for it’s own opening themes and playing a lot of anime or storyline driven cartoons like winx club or kim possible. Winx aired on RTLII in germany and for season one and two it had a totally iconic opening theme (it’s called Heller als Licht.) for the DVD-version they recorded the original italian version in german and later when winx club moved to the channel Nick it got the season one italian version opening theme in german with a different lyrics than season one (wow this is very confusing) so what I am trying to say is: since they were changing the opening theme they might have changed some dialogue aswell - at least in season 1&2
This is probably coming from all the time I've spent reading D&D's Underdark drow (dark elves), but Cloud Tower (Cloudtower?) in the first three seasons kind if reminds me of the Lolthite society in Menzoberranzan (the city Drizzt Do’Urden comes from).
This also reminds me of this one book with this guy called Portico and in it when his parents finally actually divorce what happens to Portico is that he splits in half because he can't decide if he wants to stay with his dad or his mom which I'm getting the same vibe from the whole thing where Stella gets split in half
To be honest the 4kids version of Ms. Griffon kicking out The Trix; is more memorable towards me. . . It’s sure a bleak turning point for the trio. Adding, more fuel for the fire. About stealing The Dragon Flame from Bloom!
This episode still freaks me out every time I watch it. The monster is moving so strangely and the music is also weird... Still I love it. Since you are doing more Winx analysis stuff lately, would you consider a take on Griffin? I feel as if the show just can't decide wether she is on the good or bad side (personally I see her somwhere in the sassy middle), but in S1 she approves of the Trix harming the fairys (not just harmless jokes) then in S3 she is all good and well, later seasons are a mess anyways. But it also bugged me how the red fountain and Alphea were so close all the time and Cloudtower with the headmistress who is also part of the company of light is always left out. I have some theories in my mind, but if I break it down to canon stuff, she seems very inconsistent.
Super interesting video! I'd love for you to talk about the same thing again but about the fears they have in the first movie. I remember being so shocked back in the days haha
22:07 Hello, Nick kid here. That reality was very confusing. I eventually learned of season 1 and 2 but when I watched it I heard Sky be referred to as Brandon. It made me so upset and confused I legit refused to watch the rest of it (I was a dumb kid) until I later learned his name was different for plot reasons and I wanted to slap myself :)
Really enjoyed this video❤️❤️❤️ I would love to see your thoughts an analysis of the episode where bloom and Avalon start having a concerning relationship and the girls are worried for her esp tecna. That episode is so sinister to me😭
I never made the connection between the fear episode and the Crystal Labyrinth. The sad thing, and this is a point I had with the Crystal Labyrinth episode to, is that we don't see Flora's nightmare, neither did we see her moral choice in the CL episode. That's sad because that made her lose something. Since Musa nightmare and her Labyrinth choice were kinda the same I would have loved to see her swapped (even if Musa's choice makes me cry EVERY FUCKING TIME!!!)
I personally prefer what happens in Cinelume compared to 4kids - Mirta's explanation is too wordy in 4kids. Mirta focusing on Bloom in this case makes sense, because remember - Mirta saw that Icy wanted to isolate Bloom to drain her power/harm her and thus went to warn her, after which she got turned into a pumpkin. Mirta knows the Trix are up to no good, and want something from Bloom, and she was trying to save her. Bloom linking it to Icy, and the witches mentioning that they want to steal Bloom's power directly makes the scene later on when her powers get stolen lose impact imo. At that moment when her powers get stolen, Bloom is left in shock - not only on finding out who she really is, but also the fact that the Trix, her sworn enemies, knew more about her than she did, which explains why she broke down. I also don't think any further nightmare gargoyles exist - that would make the scene lose impact too, because I am PRETTY sure Faragonda and Griselda would put up a better barrier to keep monsters like that out of Alfea, if it significantly harmed a whole senior class. 4kids makes the scene feel less serious - while in Cinelume (and the other international dubs) it feels a lot more serious. (Just my opinion)
as an autitic girl who uses music to feel her felings musa and tecna's nighmares are vary realatalbe to me. I also under stand what it's like to grow up with divarced parents
The episode that has the nightmare monster looks scary but I like it. I think thought Musa's dream and Tecna's dream were the scariest. I wouldn't want to have no music forever and that paper monster in Tecna's dream was creepy. Now I want to watch 4kids version of the episode.
Funny thing is that for the last 4 months you've posted winx content only and tbh I love it that way. Do want you to talk about Taylor swift new album tho that needs to be brought up
A general issue I see with the 4kids dub is that it is too wordy/expository. Too much information is packed into scenes where it is not necessary. Certain scenes in media thrive due to limited dialogue, and in 4kids they cut that out entirely, packing info into scenes where it is ill-fitting. (Look at when Darkar gives the Trix their Gloomix, or when Musa finds Stormy on the roof) - in the Cinelume and International dubs, those scenes hold more weight, while in 4kids, so much is said there it feels...off. And Bloom in 4kids thinking that she might not be from earth is too much exposition - it ruins the plot later on, as her scene in the Domino castle with Daphne isn't as much as a revelation anymore, and she doesn't know much about magic on earth at this point, so it should not have been mentioned. Just my opinion.
Okay, I have to ask, because you keep mentioning it and it's been bugging me What do you mean by "Flora saving Miele every five minutes"? I'm rewatching the whole show and as of season 6, it's only happened two times

She fears being useless. In contrast with her power of plants and life, she finds herself in a dead wasteland, her friends lying dead on the ground, she attempts to heal them with her magic, but it just turned them to stone and she watches as her now petrified friends turn to dust.
This is an amazing idea!
I love that idea for Flora’s nightmare omg
And when the victims of the nightmares receive a attack that correspond to their nightmare they freak out and have to really battle against the fear.
Wow
Damn
Take notes Netflix
That's a really good idea!
wowww
@Pedro Urbano iTecna's animation style could also be Matrix/classic Mario/Sonic kind of style.
@@Marvelsdisneydreamuniverseimagine if they were able to mimic that liminal feeling the early 3D games like Mario 64 had. It would be great.
It's not.
@@moinuddinqureshi8804 For real?!
@@TFTN_official That's great. You should be proud of not falling.
We all need to talk about season 2 it was a really dark and creepy season if many of u don't remember the pixies were discussing about escaping from darker's control however there is a particular scene where a pixie is telling locket (Bloom's pixie) that they should escape soon so, that they don't end up like the other pixies then the next scene cuts to some pixies clothes floating around as locket looks sadly at it also there are are many details that the pixies give us throughout the season
Explaination: what the pixies mean by "You don't wanna end up like the others'' it basically means that they're being tortured and killed in darkar's place which truly shows how much of a monster darker is
Even when I was a child, Tecna has the most terrifying nightmare (and even adult, it is so much traumatising).
I do like the little change 4Kids have added to Musa's nightmare, it fits well to the character.
"A creature from the world.. of dreams."

Tecna was originally meant to be half-robot, half-fairy

I think that if The creators decided to make flora avoid The energy draining from the monster they atleast should have made her show off more her powers , damaging the monster or The trix or partecipating on The ‘’convergence’’ of bloom and Faragonda to take out The gargoyle , either with energy spheres or using vines to block him. Btw i love how griffin in the italian dub calls Griselda an old hag cause she told her about The trix invasion in the school lol.
Maybe Flora's fear should be a place of cold and dark, impossible to nurture. Or being placed in a situation where she would be forced to hurt Miele.
I feel like the Parent Teacher Conference was a scraped episode idea that was just accidentally left in with the Italian script.
season 1, when the episodes actually made you feel stuff.
honestly, it was a really good episode, and actually scary.
True and okay you do remember the Halloween episode with the tree sisters and stuff yeah that.
I have just rewatched the first 3 Seasons and i got scared when you saw one of the Sisters after Stella had done that with the pumpkin light and the worst part is that
I am 14 and still got scared lol
Oh I love how blocky Timmy's eyes are just illusions aka not real since eyes are seen as the gateways to the soul meaning there's no soul, no emotion either. It could mean that Tecna is unable to understand that or that she's not able to connect with people as she probably would like to and just imagines something similar yet far away.
It's such fantastic imagery
I love this episode so much because you can keep analyzing and talking about it for hours
flora's nightmare would've definitely been about plants being burned... you know, the usual.
or something about miele (if she existed in season 1).
Oh or poison ivy
I figured it would be more being stuck in a greenhouse of plastic plants that strangle her.
Or plants mass extintion, no Plants in Alphea, Earth, Linphea or anywhere just unfertile ground wherever she turns
Yes, self-doubting herself, Sky’s treason, being adopted but also season 3 showing her fear regarding her Enchantix - that she is a completely failure as a fairy and also that she was the reason for the distraction of her own realm and the demise of her beloved family.
i miss the old dark episodes sm
Thank you for giving the 4kids version the credit it deserves. That version is SO MUCH BETTER than the Cinelume dub.
Tecna's dream used to give me nightmares.
This episode was so interesting and horrific in a good way for a kid show i was traumatized 💀✋🏾
I was traumatized watching this episode as a kid, now...
*still traumatized*
Each and every member of the Winx Club have their own fear in the series but they always overcome their fear in order to get stronger.
Tecna's nightmare is absolutely horrifying. Timmy having his eyes on his glasses is so fucked up to me for some reason.
The monster that the Winx fought in this episode gave me the shivers when I was younger.
I LOVE THAT U GOT ON THE WINX PODCAST Seeing as how many times you talked about it in your past videos I’m a huge fan!

If Stella is Leo
Flora is Cancer
Tecna is Virgo
Musa is Gemini

Well the Winx do have all birthdays:

Musa is next, the victim who does not take seriously the threat
Tecna is third.
4kids made Tecna's nightmare A LOT more disturbing

Now I want an analysis on the Nemeses from WoW.

This was a great episode! Thanks for doing an analysis video essay about it. I hope that you'll do one for the Hallowinx episode!

Hello, Nick kid here.
Since Musa nightmare and her Labyrinth choice were kinda the same I would have loved to see her swapped (even if Musa's choice makes me cry EVERY FUCKING TIME!!!)
i actually had a nightmare with this red-eyed imp once so YEAH.....spooky scary
Just say you hate 4Kids lol

The episode that has the nightmare monster looks scary but I like it. I think thought Musa's dream and Tecna's dream were the scariest. I wouldn't want to have no music forever and that paper monster in Tecna's dream was creepy. Now I want to watch 4kids version of the episode.

Funny thing is that for the last 4 months you've posted winx content only and tbh I love it that way. Do want you to talk about Taylor swift new album tho that needs to be brought up
I just love the dives and takes, in your winx club videos. 🤗🤗
Okay we get it. You don't like 4kids dub.
