নমস্কার ডক্টর বাবু, আমার একটা প্রশ্ন ছিল দয়া করে সাহায্য করবেন, বলছি আমার রাত্রি বেলায় ঘুমের মধ্যে যখন খুব টয়লেট পাই, তখন টয়লেট যায়। কিন্তু একটু টয়লেট হয়েই বন্ধ হয়ে যায়। বোঝা যায় যে টয়লেট ক্লিয়ার হলো না। এটা কি স্বাভাবিক?

খুব সুন্দর আলোচনা। ডাক্তারবাবু, আমার বয়স ৬১ ।creatinine-0.83,Uric acid -6.5,Hb-11%, হাঁটুতে gap কমার জন্য ব্যথা হয়। অনেকক্ষণ পা ঝুলিয়ে বসে থাকলে একটু ফোলে। আবার বিশ্রাম নিলে স্বাভাবিক হয়। কি করা উচিত বললে কৃতজ্ঞ থাকব।
খুব বেশি জল খাওয়া কি খারাপ, স্যার?
অবশ্যই।
দৈনিক গড় জল পান করার মাত্রা = ৪ লিটার (পুরুষ), ৩ লিটার (মহিলা)।

sir, অনেকদিন যাবত সকালে ঘুম থেকে উঠার পর পেছনে কোমরের উপরে ব্যাথা করে। বেড থেকে নামার পর অল্প সময়ে ব্যাথা চলে যায়। সারাদিন থাকে না।
উল্লেখ করে বলি, ক্লান্ত অনুভব করি না, বমি ভাব নেই। খাবারে অরুচিও নেই, প্রস্রাবের সাদা কখনো কখনো হলুদ হয় যখন পানি কম খাওয়া হয়।
কিন্তু ইদানিং ব্যথাটা ঘুম থেকে উঠার পর চলে যায় বাট দিনের বেলায় কখনো কখনো এই ব্যথাটার অস্তিত্ব টের পাচ্ছি। যদি দয়া করে বলতেন স্যার তাহলে কৃতজ্ঞ হবো। ধন্যবাদ। আপনার জন্যে শুভকামনা।
