For reference: Normal range for people AFAB: 0-1.7 (as shown) Normal range for people AMAB: 10-30 Normal range means the distance from the lower end to the higher end is 2a, so for AFAB people a=0.85. considering rin is 0.4 above the upper average, her levels are statistically high (around the upper 15th-13th percentile? sorry been a while since i had the maths for that) but not *super* abnormal either.
I am not sure if anyone else has done this, but checking the bloodwork test results from my yearly physical last week did not include a test for T levels. If it is relevant I am in the U.S. so getting a T level test would probably be an extra $10000 USD of out of pocket expenses that would not count towards my deductible for whatever reason...
The reasoning given by your insurance is that you have no reason to suspect you need that test, so it’s more a curiosity than a medical test. If your doctor ordered a T test then your insurance would cover it in my experience. I’m actually reasonably certain this is how it works in other countries as well, I’ve never heard of a country where non-medically necessary tests and procedures are covered.
If you do want a T test for some reason, it's very possible to ask your doc, or if not through your doc, labcorp in the us can give you someone to call to get T labs ordered, I think for less than $100 without insurance, maybe around $60 or so? Not cheap, but less than a million
What I am wondering with the chart is... why is the 0.0 point not to the very left? Because, after all, there can't be a negative amount of Testosterone (or really anything) in your blood, it's either 0 or higher...
Maybe the arrow goes to the right if your blood has more testosterone and to the left if it has more estrogen...? I don't know, I'm grasping at straws here.
@@MarceloZ2 It's to keep it consistent. The middle section is "normal" for all the tests. Left is if you are low, right is if you are high. Since the bottom of "Normal" is 0, the left section just never gets used. For men, the bar would look the same except the range would be different.
I mean idk what's going on in Rin's personal life but when your boi has the NB flag colours, a Blahaj obsession, and already defies gender norms in her being called a prince, the potential need to take HRT does nothing to affect whether or not she's an honorary trans person even if she isn't trans.
This is just elevated. Not enough to be intersex, which would be above 10 of both sex hormones. Might have some minor behavioural effects at best, probably not even that.
Well, she's British, so of course she'd have high tea levels.
Don't get out!!!!
So true, bes-tea.
She went on about this for an hour and then didn't play any video games.
It was supposed to be a Saturday PlateUp stream...
😢
Rincore
iconic, honestly
Sounds like something a high-T sigma male would do
THAT'S WHY SHE'S THE PRINCE! THE PRIIINNNCEEEE!
Rin Penrose is now confirmed to be one of the boys
You mean one of the lads.
Lads lads.
Or one of the bois, with an 'i.'
Rin truly is one of the lad's

Rin truly transcends gender
The approximate levels of a 11 year old boy.
@@OriginalPiMan Rin's just a little guy for real
You may not like it, but that's what peak performance looks like.
Rin has won blood. Everyone can try again next year
Rin has won gender
Rin Penroids?!
Holy crap man, thats so good!
Need more skrunkly and blahaj to get higher testosterone
Source: trust me bro
I trust
Testosterone is stored in the blahaj.
"These testosterone levels are quite unhealthy, could you try being less alpha?"
[The 🅱️rince, doing a perfect deathmetal growl]: *"NEVER!!!!!!"*
This is what peak male performance looks like
Slightly concerned at the testosterone range graph going below 0, as if negative testosterone is a possibility
Testerone blockers are part of HRT, so ya know, maybe?
Lesstosterone
I bet they just use that same graphic for everything, even stuff that you can’t have too little of
Well, that explains the blahaj.
I can't believe Rin is literally just Hbomberguy
1:19 glad to see Idol’s “secret” member is around and about.
It takes the best girl to be a real man
alpha male CONFIRMED
I’m so jealous rn. How did she do that?!?!
*Duke Nukem riff plays*
Hail to the Blahaj Prince!
Low T manos would lose it so hard if they knew
They measured various stuff on me back in January and all I got was markers for early diabetes :(
Not in the normal range, as usual.
Rin on steroids?
It should have been me not her it’s not fair!
That’s my handsome prince
saving 1:56 for no reason in particular
It’s the NHS font for me

first styropyro and now rin?!
You know, I've never seen those two in the same room at the same time...
Wait, the plot armor science guy?

Rin Penrose: “You are like little baby. Observe.”

one of the lads lads lads indeed
i took a blood test recently, rin has about twice as much testosterone as me ... lmao
What I am wondering with the chart is... why is the 0.0 point not to the very left?
Because, after all, there can't be a negative amount of Testosterone (or really anything) in your blood, it's either 0 or higher...
That's for the rare occasion that somebody pumps testosterone into the air through their skin.
That’s what I was wondering. My guess is to make it match the regular design used for the other ones so it didn’t look weird visually.
Maybe the arrow goes to the right if your blood has more testosterone and to the left if it has more estrogen...? I don't know, I'm grasping at straws here.

I don't think 0 is normal for women. There shouldn't be none.
I had a blood test a while ago and I think I got the results for everything but hormones lol
Sasuga Roid Penrose
The min for men is 10nmol/L. Sorry for the news Bin
Not min, just one standard deviation down from the mean, meaning that ~15% of men are below that. Or something like that, I think?
@@emilydegroot6436 that many? Must fucking suck for them then, i had to literally take e to dip that low kekw

There is nothing normal or natural about Rin, what's new?
Is that T-test result real or just something from whatever game she's playing?
It’s a screenshot from the NHS app, so it’s probably real

I'm pretty sure her colour scheme is the ace flag
Possibly intersex?

That's not how that works it's more obvious and has complex effects for the person
