How do you know its the rom failing, and not CD itself, or some resistor in the circuit? Just a lucky shot?

Hi...I have a BY-T200 coming so I can reflash my A2141 T2 ROM. Where do I find the ROM files? Mine is corrupt so I need a fresh file to reflash it and then change the serial number in the file.
