I think the point of the play from your rack comment was this: if you wanted to get deep in the progression, don't bet the profit. Start over ignoring the profit.
Yeah, I talked to Ken on the phone afterwards. I kept saying "I want to lose more so you can see level 8" but because I played from profit (like you would in a casino), I actually had lost like 6 in a row and we would have gotten to show that. Missed opportunity by the teacher!
