I mean the fact that the statement of a victim that stayed on scene is regarded less than someone who literally suspiciously fled the scene is so stupid
can you imagine the gunman who fleed the scene calling the police and pinning the crime on the victim that easy, like what are these cops doing?
It's that good old metagaming. The cop streamers know ooc Ramee is still doing crime and will continue after his lawyer arc, they (ooc) know he's not their true allay so they take every chance they get to treat him like a crim even with no in-game evidence.
What do you expect from mentally deficient fake cops?
I love that Ramee actually talks out these issues, it's RP and it gives him a talking point to when they inevitably happen again in the future.
It does seem Mr.K’s & Ramee’s past is coming back to haunt them because even Slacks is refusing to see them as victims whilst seemingly defending the people alleged to have attack them

These guys RPing as police officers really fail. lol. Even if he is a "suspect" (seems like they are treating him as such), he is an eye-witness to the testimony of whom was involved. And therefore his statements (verbal and/or written) is valid. If the police does not account for his statement, he'll have to take it to court against the police department. And trust me, he will win it.
The fact of the matter is one person stayed on scene and gave a statement to Vivian Grey saying Mr K had a gun. That gave her RS to frisk K. Everyone else bailed. The cops have to investigate why were these people shot. What is the motive. They havent provided a clear motive as to why they were down there to provoke getting shot. They didnt claim to be robbed; only they planted a gun on them. That is very weird to gun down someone in broad daylight in their car and then plant a gun on them afterwords. Theres not enough cops to detain the 8 people who fled the scene. They have no idea where the gun or guns are at.
4:43 Ramee claimed that they robbed Mr. K and himself. "They didn't claim to be robbed." Okay buddy.
You do not need motive to drive down the street. 2 they literally saw ramee held at knifepoint. 3 they saw everyone else flee. 4 they did claim to be robbed. 5 they did have a motive even though you don't need one they claimed to be driving there because they heard an explosion from the cul de sac. 🤯
😂... of course they never saw someone getting held a knife point, mysteriously ignored a whole party, but were fearing for their safety from the guy on the ground and the guy getting kidnapped? They are either VERY incompetent or have strong bias showing...

Cause they didn't make a mistake, they chose to side with an admin (Yeager) 911 and not rp at all and just break multiple sops to punish ramee and mr k. Absolute idiots.
I'm usually pretty pro PD in these arguments but I do find it crazy that the people who fled the scene have more credibility than the ones who stayed.
They literally always say "if you're innocent why did you run"
EDIT: also I remember in 3.0 cops always saying "remember to frisk before you gsr test because once you gsr test you cant frisk" so unless that changed idk how they frisked mr k
EDIT2: Okay so I went and watched ssaab POV. So apparently you CAN now frisk after gsr testing, idk why but that is allowed now so i guess thats fine. I disagree with it but if its allowed its allowed. as for the other side not getting frisked he literally told the other cops that was a mistake and they should of frisked them. Pretty shitty for Mr. K & Ramee but mistakes do happen. It really does feel like they kinda just got blamed because its chang gang though
Simillar situation with X, he got shot by a local and was bleeding out and this cop just runs up to his downed body instantly GSR test without giving first aid or anything. Its pretty dumb. Its because they OOC have a feeling or idea what happened and ignore the RP of it.
I think they said they could frisk because he was being transported by ambulance. They dont want someone getting helped up at hospital and being armed.

Idk why viv said it was because of the transport because even she later said that wasnt the reason she did it.
The whole thing was a shitshow from the PD. No one listened to the scene leader. Still early days I expect the PD will get better

Saab doesn’t know how to play a cop who doesn’t see everyone as a criminal. He just needs to stop playing cop characters.
shouldn't everyone there have been searched if there was a shooting? How do they know who shot who and why shots were fired?
It's not even everyone, if you are civ then you are civ but if he OOC knows you are not Just a civ and there is more, he just cannot take the ooc part out. A known lawyer is seen at a scene held with a knife and afterwards is yelling who to follow while another guy is downed at a car and they ALL stay there pressing Ramee and K. That's crazy, they cannot just go by 3.0.
@babthew a GSR test will tell you who shot not a search
but in the server anyone can say anything they want, like "that person pulled a gun out first" or something. It's hard to do any investigation right now.@@be817
