Alt right click the spell (he says it in the video). It's a new feature that came with 7.36. You can also have it show your experience range by alt right clicking your level, etc., it works with a bunch of things.

hold alt button. It'll show you the range of your abilities. it also reveals the neutral boxes and item ranges and your own attack range, etc.
Really useful.

20% raw evasion + 15% miss from burn for you and nearby allies. So it's actually waaaaaaaaaaay better than butterfly. People see rad and they dont think that they need mkb, but they see butter and their monkey brain immediately ques mkb. I believe rad 20% evasion and 15% miss stack additively, not diminishing like two separate evasion bonuses. But don't quote me and i cba to google.
