- 立つ事で有名になったレッサーパンダの風太君の子で、飼育員さんにジャンプして飛びつき、抱っこする事でも有名なエイタくん。
そんなエイタくんは北海道の円山動物園にお婿に行く事になりました。
エイタくんのお別れ会を行った千葉市動物公園での最後の公開展示日の様子です。
Eita, a seven-year old male lesser panda, descendant of Futa with his rare ability to stand, has been transferred to Hokkaido Maruyama Zoo for breeding. Eita is known to give a big hug to zookeepers. This video was taken at the farewell event which took place at Chiba Zoological Park in Chiba Prefecture on the last showcase.

円山動物園のレッサーパンダを見ていて名前がフウタににているなぁと思って動画をみてました。やっぱり、子供だったんですね〜😄エイタもおじいさんだよね家長のようです

December 2022 and I still enjoy watching this wonderful Kaomaru42 video of young Eita! His daughter, Marumi, looks exactly like him and she enjoyed jumping on her momma Gin (sadly deceased), just like Eita enjoyed jumping on his wonderful Chiba keeper.
Thankyou kaomaru42 for keeping our memories of Eita alive over the years. A great joy to watch Eita!

Eita-kun is now one of the few sons of Futa.
Her daughter Marumi has moved to Omori Zoo in Akita, but she hopes to go shoot someday and upload videos of her.

@@kaomaru42 We love your videos, esp. of Eita and other red pandas. It's been about 10 years since this video was created, but it still brings a lot of happiness to us. I hope that one day soon, you will produce a book or a feature length movie or video of Eita and the great Maruyama rp family (Coco, Seita, Eita, Marumi, and Coco's children Laila, Lila, Gin, Kin, and Hokuto who have all "crossed the rainbow bridge" (passed away too young). Also, interviews with their wonderful keepers at Chiba and Maruyama would make your red panda family story complete. Again, gokurosama for all you did to bring them into our lives and give us great happiness.
it must have been heartbreaking to the zoo keeper to say farewell to eita :( so touching to see that eita is like his baby in his arm...

gin이랑 사이가 그렇게 좋아보이진 않았지만...그래도 좋은 남편이었길 바래요 ,,, :)

gin이 안타깝게 사고로 떠났지만 ㅠㅠ
eita가 서서 사과 먹는게 너무 신기했어요 레서판다들이 다 그런 줄 알았는데 에이타가 참 귀여운 습관을 가지고 있는 거군요 :) 신기해요
