Such an awesome hunt! In 2020 I got to do the same thing. I finally got to take my dad on a deer hunt on the ranch I work here in CO, and helped him with his first deer. Was a dream come true for both of us and a hunt I will never forget.
I can’t put my finger on the exact emotion or feeling but, the first picture of your dad holding his deer was an incredible photo. It’s kinda like a “Damn, this man’s got a story to tell” vibe. I’m 40 and never been hunting with my dad…no one’s fault, just not his vibe. I hope 1 day I can do this trip with my son. Aloha🤙🏼

When you are glassing and find a buck that is well hidden (maybe you only saw him because of an ear that twitched or you can only see the tips of his antlers above the grass, that sort of thing), set up the camera phone and cover the area where the buck is and give us about 15 seconds of that to let us see if we can find the buck. Anyway, just a suggestion. I'm going to suggest it to Born and Raised, as well. Again, congrats on the really fine buck, and thanks for taking us with you. Keep 'em coming. I'm sure I'm not the only one who, due to health and/or financial reasons, can no longer get out there, and truly appreciates Hushin' and Born and Raised for allowing us to hunt vicariously through you. You show us the good, the bad and the ugly and take us on the same emotional roller coaster that we experienced back when we were young and healthy. You will never know how much it means to me and how much I appreciate you for taking the time to make these videos.

It is super important to take your kids hunting but consider taking your dad out hunting. He may be up in years and may not have the resources he once had but his heart and desire is still there so take your dad hunting. He will only be around so long. Good job team HUSH.
Get a Milwaukee Tool Heated jacket. There's no reason to be cold. I wear mine under my hunting gear, even in the Polar Vortex when it's -50 degree wind chills. Toasty!

When you open the tailgate and pull out the green gun case I have the same one for my CZ 12 gauge nice freaking bag for a gun that's what I own it was definitely the most expensive though. I think my shotgun was the most expensive gun I bought I have some worth more but they weren't when I bought them.
