I always used to either eat in silence, with a youtube video or a podcast. I immediately stopped the video, put my phone away and had a good read with my avo toast. It was great and i‘ll definitely do that more often now :)

For a quick meal, I like to make a bowl of quinoa or rice, beans, avocado, and salsa and a side of warm corn tortillas. For snack, I like Cocojune vanilla yogurt with sliced honey crisp apples, banana with peanut butter, or granola and fruit.
I really like the video. My fav food in winter are brussel sprouts and broccoli roasted in the oven with some smoked tofu, greens, sauerkraut and cashews or tahini dressing 🧡

Hello! Hi Chloé, I liked this video and the format, the calm way you speak and the silence in the background. It reminded me of my time on vacation at university and in the kitchen alone, so good. I feel the same when I don't eat a meal with fats and proteins... high carb low fat works for some, not so much for me. There are many trends on the nutrition internet and people take it to heart without knowing how to adapt, don't you think? I want to know more about this book

i had a mixed bowl for lunch it was like 10min done, couscous, salad leaves, beans, feta, beet root with a nice dressing

Dates are definitely my go to snack !!! I have around 10 per day sometimes 🙈🙈 applesauce as well for breakfast with granola
