Love the food and the different expressions! This mukbang was very entertaining. I used to only watch Koreans but now I am also exploring videos from other countries. This was definitely a breath of fresh air. I just hope there's an English subtitle. I find the menu, especially the sauces and side dishes, to be interesting, thus I want to know what they are.
So the sauce is seafood sauce and it’s sort of spicy and sour! ( someone already said the recipe ) and the red paste and smoked chili jam, fried shallot,fried chilis,fresh chilis , garlic and some sort of ketchupy sauce. Hope this helped ❤️

Method for making seafood sauce: Pound chili, coriander root and garlic together. Season with sugar, lemon juice and fish sauce of your choice.
