i feel like delirious never really grew up… if that makes sense. i still feel like he makes content for 13 year olds like when i first found him but most creators i watch today have aged their content with their viewer base
Give Kyle a skill set as a goal to achieve. He has fishing but Farming will be good later in the game. Mechanic would be good for him and Medical too. Send him on missions until he figures out the game.
If you find some cooking pots, you can sterilize bandages made from rags on the stove. Grab a few generators and water coolers so you have water and power when the power eventually goes out. You will need Electric skills for hooking up generators. You will need a generator to run gas pumps, fridges, stove... after Electricity goes out.
pro tip: try not to disassemble crates/lockers/containers in loot spots like warehouses/police stations/food shops. that will prevent loot from respawning. soon, your loot spots will be barren if you keep disassembling containers.
Ok, now I wanna ow if it'd be possible to play indefinitely with loot respawn off. Because you can make stone tools, but can you make enough that you could farm sustainably and maintain a structure and such.

that park in the middle of RS gated neighborhood is where we built a community center in our server (Good Old Dayz PVE #1) its 1 of 3 community centers that help out all newbies that join the server. community center is 100% player built/player maintained. its been up for almost a year irl (full year this mid-november or early december 2023)
Further along, when you have extra duffel bags and such, you can fill those, rename if you like, and set those in the seats. You can even 'overload' those seats past capacity
I can’t fault you for not understanding in the period the game is set most trailer parks were outside of town on the outskirts one direction or another. The one near Riverside is actually fairly far from town near the factory. But it was wrong to assume Kyle went the wrong way without knowing where the trailer park was. The spawn region for towns is much larger than the town map by far.
Also, there's so much to do in Project Zomboid, and mods add a lot to it. Getting H20Delirious would complete the group, and adding Rilla, Meows, having 6-8 survivors could really make a compound. Send some on supply runs and some on defense and building.
@@DeadSquirrelcertain events happen to bring hordes of zombies to your location/bases, helicopters hovering above you like assholes, gunshots from other survivors, etc etc. so making walls, spiketraps, or even using a car as a gate in my case all works for defense.
i just watched this again man cant wait till next ep if you guys could manage to get same time frame with H2O crazy hes played Zomboid before and you got the full group together even if it was for 1 session
There is a mod that you can use that saves your progress in a journal you write. That way when you die you don't lose out on the knowledge you worked on.
Collect journal ingredients and scribe your journals- as a priority- so when you die you can read your journal and level back up your skills... otherwise, all your skills must be grown from scratch again. ☠️Journals☠️
Might as well collect all the books you can, and keep them at the base. And maybe mark different stores and buildings on the map, so it'd be easier to locate when you eventually need resources from one of those buildings.

Me, not so much. Sure it sucks that his levels got lost, but if Kyle was really in the middle of that hoard, he should've just left him. It's too risky to try to fight off a hoard and get a person out of the middle of it unharmed, and there was enough space around the area that Kyle should've never had been caught in the middle of them in the first place. Bad decision on Toonz's part.
I wonder if they realize they could build stairs to the roof of the factory, cover it with dirt and farm crops up there while working to wall in the back parking lot to have a huge base. I mean, they don't really need that much space, just a bigger bed since their 2some has become a ménage à trois *but* they could have an epic base. I think chopping down trees is the fastest way to get planks, you get like 9 planks from a typical tree (might change with settings) but if you want to haul a lot of planks you should be driving box trucks, not vans.
leftside of the map a little out of the city map of riverside there is a car lepo that have high fences and single entrance to add alot of car on it so more storage compartment
Disinfecting doesn’t prevent zombie viruses only basic staff infections and speeds healing. The chances of being infected from a scratch or laceration is fixed and cannot be modified. Any zombie injury is a risk of game over in the base game but bites are 100% a game over.
Unless they use the infection mod. It can change the chance of infection, give you a number of hits before there's a risk of infection or even turn infection off.
I love the video for sure, but the entire time trying to find Kyle would have been avoided by just READING HIS COORDINATES. That's why they're there! 😂

Cartoonz spent his entire last episode calling you brain dead. Come to watch your video and as you are looking at your stats and disassembling the pallets you can clearly see it not increasing your carpentry at all and somehow you sit there and go oh yeah it is leveling up my carpentry a lot! Really proving his point.

Toonz already had several hours of experience, and had a ton of open space around him.. Squirrel didn't have much of a choice in his situation, even without having no experience. Toonz had a clear choice, and had his own levels to consider that should've made his already clear choice even more clear, and he still made the bad choice. And he turned into a salty baby over his poor decision. 😆
@@Gutslinger they both spawned in a trailer home. He also did the tutorial right before that and completely forgot how to do anything. That is pure stupidity. Also squirrel died behind the factory with cartoonz next to him because he just let the zombies surround him as toonz was literally telling him exactly what to do. He refused to listen got bit and died. He runs a slow ass van through the most unnecessary and dumb shortcut through a field and then panics. Cartoonz one death doesn’t match up to how stupid squirrel is even with people there to tell him what to do.

a really cool idea for your park base, if possible try to take street lights and place them in your base to light up the interior better.
