It's great that your parents are cool enough to let you do that at their house
Very thankful to have supportive parents for my endeavors haha
Your mom must be scared shiitless when your jumping off all those cliffs, im not even your mom, and I'm scared shitless for you lol
@@sundaychamberlain228 haha yes I have shaved years off my moms life from stress
@@BrandonGross Wtf, how is that funny?
@@sz4179 because my mom has a sense of humor unlike you.
Love watching this. You have my support how ever you need it. Proud of your hard work and you!
Thank you!! Much appreciated!
@@BrandonGross anytime dude. ♥️🙌🏼
Can't wait to see where this journey takes you! Safe travels!
this is going to be a hectic journey for sure!
Will be doing the same thing soon with same AWD Sienna van. Thanks for sharing. Good luck in your journey man!
That was cool! Love your practicality. Your parents are so supportive of you, especially considering how much worry you put them through😜. Thanks as always, Brandon!
Thanks!! And yes they are the best!
Great to see you’re back on the road. Nice build.
Thanks!!
Nice Van!! I love how you have it set up looks good. Stay safe ❤❤
Thanks!!
@@BrandonGross You're welcome!!
I live in a 2000 Toyota Sienna. I put a 100 watt solar panel on the roof and a car battery behind the driver's seat like your power station.
Wow, that's pretty cool! How's the solar power treating you on the road?
Very cool. I like the idea that you could just park in any suburban neighborhood for the night if you needed to!
I love that you do all of this with your Dad
Dope build. Also props to your awesome parents!
I have the same exact refrigerator in my van and it woks amazing : ) nice van build bro : )
I get stuck at finding a mechanically sound van with reasonable mileage under $10k in my area. 😑 Love the simplicity of your build, though!
You really don't have to worry about mileage that much. Modern engines made since even the 1990s are easily capable of 25,350,000 mi as long as the oil has been changed and the coolant is kept up. So mileage is really not a reason that you should just count something if it's good make get online make sure it's not one of those specific cars that does tend to fall apart after a hundred and something miles. But very few do anymore. So you can pick up a high mileage van and not worry about it and get a much better value for your money. You won't put that many miles on the van anyway it's only a couple of thousand miles across the country and how many times you going to go back and forth across the country. So if you put another 10,000 miles on the van on something that's got 250,000 already it's really not a big deal. and in any case you're just as likely to get a bad motor in a car that has 50,000 miles on it as one that's got 250,000. In fact I would argue that if a car's had 250,000 miles on it and it's still going then somebody took care of it. Whereas somebody can have a brand new car and not change the oil for 3 years and burn up the motor in 40,000 miles or 20,000 miles and you won't know until you buy it.
@@yougeo The "you won't know until you buy it" is my issue. Mileage isn't the only thing I'm looking at - families are notoriously hard on minivans. I keep thinking I need to find one that was owned by an older couple who bought it for when the grandkids visited or because it was easier to get in and out of than cars or SUVs. 😂I'd love to know the vehicle I buy was well taken care of but it's tougher to do so nowadays.
It's everywhere welcome to the biden-harris administration
That's a nice van, have a nice drive and stay safe plus keep having tons of fun
Thanks, will do!
Channel Fu**ing Rocks bro 👊🏻…..keep grinding. Your gonna be TH-cam famous. Cliff diving and the jumps you do are 🔥…..
I really appreciate that man!
I like how you keep changing vehicles
I change it up too often haha
@@BrandonGross possibly lol but I like it :)
Hey Brandon! Love the new rig! You did awesome on it! Lookin forward to seeing your journey!! Stay safe! 🙏❤️
its a great day when Brandon W uploads! great video!
Damn it Brandon, wacking your head made my feet hurt!!!🤣Sending a few tokins your way- Be safe (and careful) young man!😁
your feet?? haha
It looks great!
Stealth for sure, especially with the roof box and bike attached to the back of the Sienna.
Thanks for the tour, power plant for 16 hundred and all kinds of expensive equipment, car plate MGW 6826.
Now I just subscribe and trace your videos and one day all that gear will be mine.
Better start saving up for all that gear, it's not cheap! 😉
@@BrandonGross 😂
PICKING THAT VAN SHOWS YOUR SMART
+++ 86 THE TABLE AND SEAT AND PLENTY OF ROOM FOR A GIRL TOO WHOO WHOO
He might prefer the table to a girl. However, as a girl, I would like to have room for guy and a wilderness potty.
Mad respect for doing everything in 4 days. I will say using the actual setup is going to be a pain, especially getting into the back seat with that cabinet in the way. Unless you're ok with constant frustrations, living in such a tight space requires being able to access and use everything you need easily from the inside. That being said, anything that gets you on the road is good enough. The setup can be tweaked as you go.
Thinking about doing this for night at work
have fun on your trip!
Having all the fun 🙌🏻
Cheap compared to what, these are the most expensive minivans on the market.
good idea , saw a Chrysler town country wheel chair van , one could remove the lifts, ramps had a drop floor lil more head room if one was sitting on a bench
does the whole van sit lower to the ground?
@@BrandonGross no it has a suspension lto lower it for wheel chairs
Good build
Thanks!
I’ve got the same lights. The sticky tape last great. As long as you use alcohol to prep first. Nice work brosky!!
would like to know more about how you built and installed the shelving
First time watching a video of yours. Well done kind Sir!
Thank you kindly!🙌🏻
sweet
I like this build bro. You really utilized all the nooks and crannies in that small van. Nice work!
Thanks man! Plenty of opportunities to upgrade. Just gotta live in it for a while and see what i want to change
Nice!!!! I have owned, toured, traveled and drove two mini-vans in my lifetime! You are one of the few YT Channels I still tryin stay up to date watching being from in & around my hometown an all!! You are a true influencer and very inspiring!! Maybe one day when you are home for some days like in this video we could collaborate!? I would love to be friends, get to BSin, help ya out, building, filming etc., get to chill out and hang out!!
🤗😉
Thanks man!! And yeah I’ll be back again mid to late April!
Nice and simple build😊
The batteries are horrible but a set of rechargeables fixes that real quick.
So if someone who has actually stealth camped that is not a stealth camper. You put a roof rack on it you might get away with it you start hanging motorcycles off the back of it is no longer stealth. Now that doesn't mean it's a problem because quite frankly you don't have to be a stealthy as everybody seems to act unless you're parking in certain areas but you honestly just don't get bothered that often if you don't stay in the same place very long and you're using regular commercial parking lots. Just scout out a parking lot see if there are any cars parked there overnight if there are you can probably blend in and if there aren't don't try it.
Going good thing you did was you put and inverter in the fridge in there which definitely helps.
Dude glad to see ya back on the road again (pun intended). Be safe and can't wait till your next video!!!
haha thank you!
I love how it turned out! I would get some solar panels and mount them to the ski box. The cheap semi-flexible kind. And those lights, I need to get some of those!
That was my plan actually. But I’m not really powering too much right now and im driving so much so everything’s staying fully charged for now.
Many people have said that for all the cost and lack of sun, they wish they didn't.
Secure your bed to the floor! In an accident, you don't want that thing to become a projectile! (Yes, vanlifers have been kxlled and injured this way!)
Heck yah Brandon that's gonna work great . Just think outside the box & anything is possible . I don't blame you for getting rid of the ambo way cheaper to travel & you do a lot of that .I like it . I'm onboard for your wild adventures .
much apreciated !!
Keep up the good work looking forward to hanging with you again at the cliff jumping thing
Can't wait!
🤣 This is Brandon's version of tiny house!
You're not wrong 🤣🤣
Cheaper than a apartment
Love the minivan content, Brandon ❤❤😎 I miss the old ambulance adventures 😀
Thank you! Yeah I miss the ambo too :(
love the new build. it's good to be reminded that simplicity is sometimes best. question. you mentioned the ambo and the bus. which did you like better? i'd love to do a mini-van but i'm married and need more space.
Ouch! Con cuidado¡
I dig the new rig man. Stealthy. ✌️🍻
thanks man!
What kinda bike is that ? doesnt look like a traditional dirt bike. Love this though ! ive always wanted to make something like this and just hit the roads. love all your content! im fairly new to your channel.
No, get the Hybrid Sienna!
a removable solar panel for the power station on the days you not driving and camping some where
Very good call
That's amazing!
Thanks!
Wood🎉has to have weight. I wonder why people don’t use PVC to build :it’s lighter .
I don't think it would be strong enough to be honest, and much harder to work with
Do you have a video about how you took out the seats? Did it affect the airbag sensor?
Yeah it’s back a few videos on my channel. Called “why did I buy a second minivan”
What is holding up your divider curtain?
I used a curtain rod but it’s strapped to more curtain rods that are attached to the grab handles for the front and middle seats. I hope that made sense haha I can show it in detail in one of my next videos if you’d like.
@@BrandonGross though I can’t see it clearly, that’s what I thought. I tried a regular bent rod and flattened the ends to poke in the sides, but I kept knocking it out. Thanks for responding.
Ouch!
Sick video bro
brandon you definitely need foldable solar panels that way you can charge your power station when your not in your van
I might end up putting a small one on the roof but not sure yet
@@BrandonGross the reason why I bring it up is because you could put the panels up against the inside of your windshield towards the sun charging your power station when your away from your van
Ha, I essentially have the same build for my Sienna, minus the shelving. I like the dropdown table on the shelving, I need to incorporate something like that.
How did you buy your van, direct through seller? Also what are you using to hold up to hold up the back window cover? Wood stick?
Yeah it was parked on a street near my parents house with a for sale sign. Bought from the owners. And yeah just some random small pieces of wood laying around the garage
Great ideas. You didn't address food prep, hygeine, or el🎉imination needs. Unless I missed something.
What are those things you installed to keep the rear door window cover from falling?
just some small pieces of wood. I'll make a detailed van tour video soon showing everything
That's awful, how do you even get in the back? On my minivan build I left the rear passenger side open to easily enter the back. Totes under the bed for storage, car fridge. power station, 12v lights throughout, a couple fans, USB charging and a 12v 22" HDTV. I can even carry a folding ebike inside. Cargo carrier on top, along with 200w of solar.
Storage space under the bed maybe could be used for a spare tire?
Looking forward to the videos . How's the head ? X
over a week later and still a lump on my head
What happened to your other van you took up to Oregon
I sold it to UFC fighter Raquel Pennington!
Have you done anything to your rear suspension
It's all stock man!
How are you going to keep the fridge in place
Is that your dad helping you ❤
A bike on the back and a carrier on the roof is not stealth.😂
Stealth with a bike on rear and roof storage...
I’m just a mom with a mountain bike on a road trip 😂
good stuff
I appreciate it!
What happened to the white van you left at Aj's 4x4.
I sold that to UFC fighter Raquel Pennington
hate to be this person, but wouldn't it be better to obscure the left door window for driving visibilty?
all olf the windows are blacked out anyways
No... Get the no-built style. It would be faster!!
Nice bro... ✌
Thanks!
Would the battery fit behind the backseat?
Yes it would but I wanted to keep as much weight more towards the front of the van since there’s already so much weight in the back
Used car prices under jo biding🙃
noti gang!
Ya?
"$9,000 might not be budget...." - looks at $63,000 2023 Toyota Sienna in driveway.
*Random comment 😂
Love it haha
Love it!!! I fixed up my Expedition a while back. It's 3rd row seating so I just laid down my back seats and put in a futon. It was cool as shit! I just sold it last Tuesday. Already miss it! Lol
How did you get the hardware the 2nd row seats sit on. I can't figure it out and it's all in the way.
good job, keep it simple, small advice make few holes under mattres so bed can breathe. Enjoy the trip
I never would have thought about that! Is that really a thing??
