    The awesome thing that I love is when I watch your videos, Is that I love sit back and relax with headphones in and listen to your low voice as I watch your videos makes them so kool! Your train videos and cruise/travel videos are just too great. I love having the feeling every Friday/Saturday to wake up early and watch your latest video. Keep up all the amazing work!
    Yours truly

    I have thoroughly enjoyed this video as well as part 1 presented last week. I have seen quite a few of the stops you made on this cruise but while driving; seeing all this from the standpoint of a cruise is exciting! I appreciate all your cruise videos, very informative and a lot of fun!

    I admire your courage and bravery. I've never flown a drone from a moving cruise ship before.

    Through google maps I was curious to see what the great lakes are like. I searched on youtube, lots of videos about shipwrecks. Your videos are amazing. I wish there could be such videos on every location on earth.

    Fun little fact that all blue you seen on the grand hotel to keep the birds away thinking it’s not safe because of the sky

    @chriskryder2994 หลายเดือนก่อน

    The fact that there are no curses that start and end at the same location. Makes it a real bitch for anyone from the Midwest to drive and one way plane tickets are the worst. This fact alone keeps my wife any myself from doing what we otherwise found very appealing

    Love your videos but I think low ambient background sounds beneath your VO would add that little bit extra atmosphere to the mix ❤

    In your train videos you should try making the longest train possible!

    I think you flew your drone in restricted airspace near the Soo Locks unless it has some ridiculous zoom.

    • @JimZim
      @JimZim  หลายเดือนก่อน

      It's literally impossible for that particular drone to fly in to restricted airspace. It is constantly comparing its current position (via GPS) to an airspace map showing restricted zones. It would literally stop in mid air and hover at the edge of the restricted zone, if I tried to enter.

      @@JimZim I assume it’s a DJI. If that’s the case, everything you said is false. If it’s not a DJI, you could be correct and I’ll take your word for it. I’m not the FAA and am not your parent, just a bit of advice to check the B4UFLY or AutoPylot apps to be on the safe side.

    Jim, I'm curious, in the trip you were often bouncing back and forth between American and Canadian stops. Did you have to go through customs each time?

    • @JimZim
      @JimZim  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It was really simple. If I am remembering correctly, the first time we changed countries we gave our passports to the guest service coordinator. I think she made a photo copy. We got the passports back the next day. Any country changing after that, I think the guest services coordinator just handled it using the photo copies.
      My memory is a little fuzzy on this... but I am crystal clear that it was all extremely easy and no time was wasted dealing with customs like you do after returning from an ocean cruise on a mega cruise ship.

    This is part two of 12 Days of the Great Lakes cruise on Pearl Mist!
    Pearl Mist is a cruise ship of Pearl Seas Cruises, sister of American Cruise Lines!
    This is your 61st cruise overall!
    And you have cruised with nine cruise lines in total!
    I guess you couldn't do the full review of Pearl Mist of Pearl Seas Cruises on a 12 day Great Lakes cruise and all the things you do on the cruise in one video!
    What are you, Jim Zim, making a video about?
    Let me know when you reply to me and I'll understand and be honest with you!
    As always I am Thomas Comeau and I will see the replies from you and I love your collection of 26 G scale model trains and also the American Cocker Spaniel dog, Carli!

      The people that go on a cruise like this can afford it. It's not people in their 30s, 40s, or 50s on a cruise like this. It's retired baby boomers who have worked all their lives, saved and invested well, and have plenty of money in their bank accounts and 401Ks.
