Constructing MacKimmie Tower: June 2018 - August 2019

Description: This time lapse video illustrates the deconstruction and redevelopment of UCalgary’s MacKimmie Tower. The construction of the tower will be completed in August 2019. The second phase of the MacKimmie Complex and Professional Faculties Redevelopment Project will focus on MacKimmie Block. Once complete, in 2022, MacKimmie Complex will provide an enhanced pedagogical environment for the campus community and is expected to be one of the most energy efficient buildings on a Canadian post-secondary campus.
