The title should be how a font chair is make. How to make a font chair would include a measurements, tool list and a tutorial needed to make a font chair only thing was given was the type of wood. Yes it’s a nice chair but I still don’t know how to make it.
Good morning 🌅, very nice work, I am not telling you what to do, but please 🙏 be safe, planning your timber over the jointer was very dangerous, a guard over the top of the cutter block, and using push pads, to push your timber across, as if the way you were using and if the timber was kicked back from out of your hands, your hands will drop down into the planner block, and when you were routing your dovetail joints, you had no eye protection on, sorry to give you negative feedback, but it would be a great shame as you’re still young to lose hands or eyesight, you’re obviously a very skilled person, and just starting out on your journey to design and make art, good luck for the future,

I think he chose a lighter wood for the drawer face to emphasise the shape of the "可" character that was his inspiration.

Your chair is very beautiful! I worry if it is strong enough to be used for many years without breaking.
I judge that the mortise and tenon joints I made should be strong enough, but I still have to let time prove it^^

Yes, this is dual-purpose. After removing the cushion, it can be used as a bedside table or a small coffee table.
