This is a deck that I underestimated and never took the time to look at reviews about it. But, what a beautiful surprise it is! My only deception about it is the minors.
I hadn't heard of this deck before, but I was looking for something for the winter months that wasn't too "dark". A lot of the videos of people's favourite winter decks seem to be black'n'white artwork, shadow decks, etc - living 50ºN, I want something to brighten the (literally and figuratively) gloomy winter days! BTW the special card artist's name is pronounce EMM-in - she's a British artist, perhaps best known (infamous?) for "My Bed" (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/My_Bed)
I have the Angel tarot by Jayne Wallace...u don’t like pop but watching Conscious Journey( I think the.name is) I fell I. Love with it. She gets like some strong emotions man...using this deck I saw her cry & I was like woah...I became obsessed watching any of her videos with it...so even tho a pip I got it. I love it...it’s beautiful. Something about it too...I love shuffling it!
The only issue I have with this deck is there isn't a reversed meaning in the book. Although, I guess it really doesn't matter for some people, I like to know that information as I'm still learning

I really don't see any Nordic mythology I recognise so from which Nordic regions should this be from? A Swedish girl wondering... okey yes Freya has cats. But I would not have gotten this without the information. And I definitely cannot see why there shouldn't be any diversity.
I'm no scholar on nordic mythology and when I realised there should be the gods (I really tried to se something obvious to tell which mythology it was at first not okey this should be this person so can it be) but even rewatching I go okey Is this? Or who should this be? Like Hel for the Death card don't show the whole face if you dot want half of it to be ruined and why the fire? She is the cold death, or is that the flames of rebirth? I can't really se what part of these cards symbology are Tarot and what are the Nordic mythology because the symbolism in these two traditions are contradictory to each other. It's really hard some cards are just tarot not Nordic at all. And some are both and even more confusing. Still if someone connects with this deck more power to you, it is beautiful are. Just can't really see the mixed symbol and go why? So in this case I actually think the less you know of the mythology it's based on and know your tarot symbolism the better.

I can see that. I always recommend having a good tarot book as well to help you learn along side the deck's guidebook.

Why more diversity? This is a normal tarot deck. Everything should stick to the traditional tarot Smith waite.
