@@JC-dc7eb We are talking about Bedard and Hughes right now, not coming out of the draft. Obviously Bedard had more hype than Hughes, but Bedard wasn’t even PPG player last season. Hughes has been the last 2 seasons.

@@andrewm.8228hughes couldnt do what bedard did in his rookie year. hughes practically got bullied his entire rookie season whereas bedard actually put up numbers and even with being injured still got the calder trophy.

Bro ain't no way Lafrenière is better than Hughes and Slaf. Don't get me wrong, he is class and I love his game and he's got some insane talent but his sheer volume of play is not on the level of Hughes or even Slafkovsky rn.
