XIII NESTS Kyo with 99 Kyo Theme. With some 94 (the flame trail move thing), 98 (his super where he unleash combo with some fire pillar) and 2000 moveset. And his XIII NeoMAX as his ultimate move. This is a nice Tears remix though.

Yeah, this is pretty much the KOF XIII Nests Kyo. But... His moves aren't the same as XIII in All Stars, some of them. He have the projectile; Yamibarai, the pop-up moves from 99; Hikigane, and his close in move from XIII and when he was in Orochi Saga; Kototsuki you. For his finisher, he have his Mu shiki from XIII since he's an EX or DLC, and Kessen Hiougi Totsuka (the flaming fist HSDM from XIII) Also if this Nests Kyo is the true Nests Kyo like from 99 to 2001 (not put 2002 because that's a dream battle), he should be in weaken state so he doesn't have most of his moves from Orochi Saga (if I can design or choose what his moves should've be). I nitpicky, because Kyo Nests is just my most favorite and Tears is just makes me want to cry as I listen to it, a happy tears.

Well, it is not "unique" because NESTS Kyo is from KoF 99-01. So it doesn't make sense anyway, this is Kyo 99 not XIII.
@Dave yeah he is a DLC character but yeah... I mean... he's originally from 99, there's no point in putting him in the game as a XIII character.

For some odd reason they putted him as a KOF XIIi character while he's supposed to be a 99 character.
I believe this Kyo is based of EX Kyo from XIII, which is based off of Nests-era Kyo.
