They made a new one because Lexus and Sammi are no longer "Blacklisted Me"... Lexus ditched her and added Nicholas instead... But now Nicholas and Lexus are getting a divorce and Blacklisted Me is now known as just Lexus. lol
As an artist, Lexus wanted her music to represent her and what she stands for. As you have seen these past few months since Lex and Samie have disbanded, Lexus has matured and found a new place in her life. The old lyrics she had written were no longer the message she wanted to send out. She's happy in this new place, and these lyrics send out a far better representation of what she is and what she means. I'm very proud of her. ♥ I love both versions. This one just fits so much better. :)
A bit more screaming and perhaps a bit heavier... But you guys are definitively getting better! I love that you're breaking free from that pop things, stuff like this is a lot better, like it's more of a band, it has a more raw and rock'ish feeling to it!
