Amazing video but it's way to fast not enough information and there is two Buildings on the Is property that we're not shown are they a part of the sale and is there a price is it still available? ???
Very nice home with quite the property! I'm absolutely in love with the light fixtures chosen to be used in the living room closest to the main kitchen. Also, the home theater, with the color of the leather seats sharing the same color balance with the geometric patterns on the ceiling which I assume are to help with acoustics, brings a nice balance to the room with everything else being all black or white, which then brings about a tasteful contrast. As a critique though, I'm a bit lost with how the exterior comes together. There's too many cuts, angles, and different slopes in the roof that make the whole home feel like it was thrown together section by section, and I also believe there's gotta be a better route for some of those gutter systems that are over exposed. All in short, seamless interior, not so seamless exterior, but a great home and property none the less! 😊

Will more homes such as this one be built adjacent to this property? A subdivision of luxury homes?
That's a good question which we aren't qualified to answer. The builder may have more insight, or you could check with the the municipality about the zoning for that area.
