@@greggreg2263 Thanks for sharing your thoughts. The kitchen is awesome! The look of a post and beam/timber-frame home doesn’t appeal to everyone but it’s timeless mountain architecture and a costly way to build a home.
Can Americans buy property in Canada? Awhile ago I thought I read about restrictions of “ foreigners “ buying home within that country? Always been a fan of FLW since a kid/ present home has a placement of lamps similar to those with your show home..
Unfortunately there is still a moratorium until Jan 1, 2027, on non-Canadian buyers purchasing in Canada in places with populations over 10,000 people. Canmore's population exceeds 10,000 so at the moment non-Canadians cannot purchase residential properties here. FLW was an incredible architect. The Guggenheim Museum is one of my favourite buildings/museums.
Thanks for your comments! Many people would agree with you about wanting wood burning fireplaces. There are also those though, who like the convenience of natural gas for the ease of on/off and no clean up.
She could sell ice to eskimos. Not sure there is another more natural real estate presenter out there. The camera loves her !! I would buy this in a heartbeat but not until Trudeau and his ilk are long gone.
What's your favourite thing about this amazing mountain home? 🏡 Let me know in the comments!
That kitchen is beautiful, and I was wondering, who is the maker of the appliances from the oven to the cooktop the refrigerators?
@@ay329 It's a lovely kitchen, isn't it?! The kitchen appliance manufacturer is called Heartland Appliances.
"Dear Santa ...." lol! perfect house 😍
@@BrunoLenchone hahaha!! It’s worth a try…😉 Thanks so much for watching!
Incredible and wonderful house! We would all like to have something like that.
Greetings from Catamarca, Argentina 🇦🇷🌵

The wood beams are a nice touch and what I like most about this place
@@moresugartradercc2744 thanks for sharing! They are gorgeous…and one of my favorite things about the home too!
That dress could not be more Canadian, Well Done, Ma'am.
Thank you!
I like it, she dresses like a presenter should.

@@trek.s thanks very much for the tip!
@mountainhomesincanmore you are most welcome
Beautiful home!!
It really is!
WOW!!!!!!
💚
Love this house but could you imagine dusting all those beams.
I really like the kitchen❤but not a big fan of the rest of the house and the price is fairly high for what you get!

Fair enough/ total respect for the policy that allows Canadians the chance… Living in Ca and ok with that..
@@finaboykm Ah, California! You're definitely living in a beautiful state!
Can you please provide more information about the kitchen appliances specially, the double oven, oven range, and matching refrigerator sets
Well presented tour, thank you for that.
Gas fireplaces in a mountain home, isn't that rather wrong? Should be wood-burning for a more genuine look.
Thanks for your comments!

Can I live there with you? jajahehe, corn corn corn corn corn.

instantly see way too many stairs.
The home does have a number of levels. This is pretty common for a mountain property as they’re typically built into the elevation of the land.
