Ryan I learned a trick that may or may not help you. This has worked for me 95% of the time. When you heat up the rusty nuts and they are glowing red immediately hit them with water not spray lube and cool them to the touch and the bolts come loose immediately. I use a spray water bottle to keep the mess down.

We use it in the steam business to break free pipes that have been rust welded together after years of steam running threw them. It’s amazing, kinda pricey but worth the money. Built a 1990 comanche with 35k original mikes from central Florida. Never want to work on a northern truck again after that. Never before have i seen a 30yo truck with bolts so easy to take out.
I dont get why that guy made such a big deal about paint on the cab its paint lol sand and repaint,, the only thing i would have done differently on that whole truck was use panel bond on the cab corners and rockers,, its stronger than weld (because welding weakens the metal around it when its that thin) and doesn’t promote rust like welding parts ,its actually stronger than the metal itself.. but hey that’s just my preference..

You should zinc coat all the hardware next time you do a truck. Makes all the bolts look brand new!

If you heat the head of the bolt red hot let it go black and heat it again should come out! Check out simcoe spring service channel
