He carried bettel like hes a doll, and the tempus mentioned that flayon is fucking jacked as hell so his core strength must be on the roof

That man is stupidly strong for his size. He picked up and carried Bettel TWICE, did over 30 push ups in a row, then over 30 jumping jacks in a row not long after, and tackled Altare to the ground when they had an off-collab. I fully believe he can beat most of Holostars in an arm wrestling match.
Flayon like young Hercules. Body of a twink, but the strength of a god.
Jokes aside, dude is super fit. His ringfit streams are like he's barely breaking a sweat, he's talked before about gymnastics, and Altare and Bettel during off-collab described him as jacked.
Flayon is Yagoo's Strongest Idol, literally.
Definitely due to Flayon's size and body type that helped him, having a more nimble and sleek body type should help with getting around the pole AND along with his good balance in strength definitely helps to keep himself up with such a small stature.
Meanwhile Shinri is the exact opposite with having a more bulky built but that didn't stop him! He kept himself up for awhile, not too long but Shinri made full use of his BOD and shmovements showing off his built figure.
Remember this: Hololive has a pole dance pole and the talents can use it in 3D.

One of the advantages of being in the 'smaller' branch of the org is that the boys tend to get perms much more easily and have a bit more freedom than the bigger female branches. Much easier and more frequent non-Holo colabs, less family friendly streams etc.

because they actually had practice. Babybird-mane (Hakka's manager) came up with the idea, she and Toki-mane got the boys to practice (yes they did learn how to pole dance). Also Flayon is really fit IRL so no wonder he can pole dance that good

If you are talking about mag and ves they didnt get terminate,both their PL briefly mentioned the reason they graduate to lots of stress and other mental problem. Vesper especially have it bad since he cant stay in japan for long due to his anxiety medicine not being around there so more than likely they just didnt renew their contract.

Yeah, what others are trying to correct. Mag and Ves weren't terminated, they graduated. There was even an official statement of it. They just chose not to have a Grad Stream, and they're not the only ones who do that in general with examples from other VTuber corporations. The biggest theory (aside from their PL) is that it was stressful and they didn't like the work environment and so they did not want to renew their contract.
