No one else is doing this, allowing the public to take an inside look. It is much appreciated, especially for those out there who take their training seriously. It is greatly appreciated MisFit Athletics
Quick question with regards to the set up you were talking about. It was a tad unclear as to whether you wanted him to have the bar go slightly forward after the initial first pull of the bar or if it was something you were still dealing with as a coach to try to fix. the 4x1s at 90+ all had that forward motion of the bar to start, you are working to try to get that athlete to NOT do that? Correct? Or is it acceptable, as long as all other safety POP is good?
Drew Crandall thanks a lot for the response. i started picking up on it a lot more with my athletes since watching the vid, especially with ones that have proportionately longer legs. the stock answer of bar against the shins in the set up is now out the door for me! thanks for the help and feedback, hoping the Misfit guys and gals kick some ass at the Games!
Kalerya Feldman The guys usually wait about 20 minutes or so between the pieces depending on how they feel. The important thing is to be recovered enough to hit every piece hard
i cant find on the website the workouts that your athletes do. i would preferbly want to see what travis' workout is, could you send a link for me to sign up to that please +Misfit Athletics
Hey James. Travis Williams follows the blog almost exactly as it is written every day. If you visit MisfitAthletics.com you will find the work he does.
Just started following yall this week and love all the material you guys put out on social media (programming/videos) I crossfit straight out of my garage and a lot of what your programming entails is exactly what I need to work on. My goal this year for the open is to place top 500 (in my region) and I believe your program will help me achieve that. I've posted some of the video workouts on Instagram @AnthonyDiz84 . Thanks again and keep up the great work!

Are these workouts done directly one after the other, or spaced out throughout the day?
