I’ve travel from java to sumatra, surabaya to makasar, java to bali until timor island.. but not yet to Kalimantan or Borneo, next year maybe.. the ferry maybe more or less will be same… But, Surabaya to Makasar in Sulawesi, will takes 35-40 hours 😄😄. Have a nice adventures in Indonesia 😍😍

Holy smokes, you guys are much better people than me! The anxiety of watching this is crushing me. Lol. Some people are spoked by forests and bears but this ferry is my nightmare. Lol. Next summer, we are riding the Trans Tiaga road in Quebec. I liked the idea of the most remote road on the continent, and now, after watching your current trip, it has convinced me that it is the place for me! Lol. Don't get me wrong, I love your video, and I am thankful that you introduced me to a place that I will never visit. Stay awesome! TC
A nice remote road sounds pretty amazing after spending months in the most populated section of the globe! But we are making some awesome memories, and we can't wait for everything that is ahead of us, Southeast Asia, and the remote roads through Mongolia! Tide safe and thanks for being awesome!
You got that right! I often think about the drastic differences between last summer / fall and this year! Some pretty amazing stuff all around the world!
That's certainly once of a lifetime experience huh. Trust me there are people that hide in the corner or took a long walk in all spaces to get away from all the hustle bustle. I've been on roros a few times in my childhood but my parents assured me that I'm a timid kid so hopefully it's true that I stayed a polite distance from others lol
It was hit and sticky from a thousand people breathing 😂. But it is just something I have to stay positive and deal with for short sections. It’s weird how it is no big deal to so many cultures, but to me it is overwhelming! Wonderful people though!
in indonesia, tolerance is came first after everything, especially in public space.. that alarm could goes all night long and no one even care to try to find out who's alarm it was, let alone confront the maker...
You can make your own airplug by rolling some tissue Works for me everytime there is an indonesian wedding party around my house, it's usually very loud and until midnight

Just curious. How many days or weeks behind are the videos from real time? Wasn’t this episode day 42 something? Thanks. Don’t understand how you keep this up while doing all the traveling.
We had to push hard through Indonesia because the visas are so short. It didn't give us a lot of time to dilly dally and make videos. We are about a month behind where we are in reality. But we are trying to play catch up now that we have a more relaxed stay on our visas in East Malaysia! Sorry for the late reply!
