I just recently made an enclosed trailer purchase. A 4x6 model. Bought a competition brand. I looked at a 4x6 ITC trailer. Liked several things! The V-nose. Extra 1ft of interior height. It had a 3500lb axle and a 2990lb Gross weight. All quality features. A seemingly quality product. Interior they skimmed the. The interior just had thin luan as siding. A competitive brand I was looking at used 3/8 playwood for sides and 3/4 marine grade plywood for the flooring. Also for my purpose I toe with a small SUV im limited to 1500lb so I went with a competitor that only had a 2000lb gross rating. But had the better interior walls . I bought a 4x6. Regular height. Curved front. Those elements made it about 200lb lighter than ITC trailer. I figured I needed it light as possible without being cheap on quality since I'm limited with towing ability. I travel for work. I use the trailer for luggage and personal gear and tools. Serves my purchase. My suggestion, you got a great trailer. Definitely a step up compared to some. Build the interior with some more durable and heavier plywood that can handle some abuse. I know a person who bought the same tITC trailer I was looking at to haul goats in.
Nice to see a Quebec company posting English video for the English speaking quebecers. You should post actual facts about drag on trailers. How about the floor is it covered from the bottom to reduce wind resistance? But most resistance is at the rear you should make something like we see on 18 wheelers. Keep up the good work.
