hi! i purchased exactly the same controller but i cant control all the 16 pads. when i plug the device i can control some of the pads and midi mapping doesnt work. could you help me how could you operate all the 16 pads? thanks!
You need to program your pads to trigger the Koala's keyboard shortcuts. Example: If Koala's keyboard shortcut for PAD 1 is A. You need to program your pad 1 from your keyboard to A. If your Keys support midi, just go to setting in Koala and select midi, then assign.
