I love this duet. Dimash shines everywhere he sings. The stages in China are awesome. Even the Singer competition was better than any other I’ve seen. I hate to burst your bubble….but when Dimash is doing any Michael Jackson style moves, he wears white socks. Otherwise, you’re right, he doesn’t wear socks. He does wear little peds you can’t see. He’s been kicking his shoes off at his concerts and he has these on. Maybe it’s just because he’s going to take his shoes off. I don’t know. But I’ve seen them when he’s Singing “Screaming” at the end. I always enjoy your funny comments. You’re quite a character…in a good way. Bev

One of my favourite duets with Dimash, and tragically underrated. I agree with you that the Chinese language sounds especially beautiful when sung by Dimash, particularly in the softer, more melodic ballads like this one; or 1000 Miles, Ocean Over Time, Meaning of Eternity and Autumn Strong. A native speaker, like Chang Shilei, can stand next to Dimash, sing the same exact lyrics, and the language itself won't sound beautiful to me at all, even if his vocal does. It may be because Dimash isn't pronouncing the words correctly, I don't know and don't care. Dimash does something supernatural with this language. All while *NOT* wearing socks, of course 🧦 🤣
