I started watching Chris when he was in a van, I think around 2014. And he is the reason why I bought my rig and went full-time in 2016. I hope to meet him one day and say thank you for helping me make on of the best decisions I have ever made.
Love the maps ! You can use Reflexics and wool glued together to use as window and roof window to cover and You Would Be Shocked how much insulation from overheating and to keep more warmth in when it is cold outside. I love wool felt that you can buy at any fabric store.
I have always wanted to do what he is doing! I bought a 36ft motorhome before I retired and then when I was getting ready to do it I started having health issues an I never got back into it. I wish you all best. Good luck and God's speed!:❤
Love this! I've been following Linnea for several years! I'm motivated to get a tiny home in Michigan next spring, complete with garden and chickens! Beautiful bus!
I have a large deep sink, I love mine. Being able to use the depth of that sink, is wonderful. I’m getting ready to try working online. I love your workspaces ! Your pups seemed very well considered and seem happy.
I’m one of the OG 201X-ish viewers (way pre-Tiny Home Tours) with Chris and Zep (one). Initially sad that the original focus changed to behind camera (Tiny Home Tours launch) but I understood. I watched Tiny Home Tours take off and understood Chris’s decision was a wise one. Funny to have gone full circle with YT algorithm recommending Linnea’s channel (having no clue the connection until seeing the Tiny Home Tours sticker on her wall… around third video I watched of hers… then… hey that dog looks like Kobuck?!… wait… that is Kobuck!) Then Chris just showed up! 😂
When you are on you own land and want to limit the heat, suggest using shade cloth on the outside, either as window covers or as an awning - greenhouse use mats on the outside of the windows cause you prevent heat by preventing sunlight from fitting 5he glass There is also a auto window film by Corningware that is clear and colourless and is rated to prevent 90% of solar gain from windows - not sure how expensive it would be to do all his windows but it’s a 1 time cost and it doesn’t alter what the world looks like through your windows
Absolutely Gorgeous Love Zep 2 . And U n Linnea n the pups 🐶 🐶 been watching before u guys were together n love seeing U sooo happy Chris . The property is Beautiful n Linnea has so many awesome ideas for it . God Bless Ya'll. It's definitely one of my favorite builds, and it's brilliant of you to buy land. I keep that in mind as I start my path toward a more nomadic life. Great job!

We were having the same problem with heat coming in from skylights, and my husband found some thermally lined covers with that silver stuff on the outside to cut down on the heat and light. Look around, people make stuff that fits into them, although yours being from a different vehicle, it might be harder to find the exact one.
Great setup. Does he have a video going in to more detail on the power setup? A stepdown for 24v appliances? (sorry, I'm just learning about this. I am so interested in 48v systems for my fulltime life). And what kind of solar panels did you change to that work better? Thanks! Beautiful bus. And wonderful pups!
Why do you say he's "cosplaying as an off-gridder"? Do you know him? Do you know how much history Chris has with the bus life and off gridding community? If there's something you know that the rest of us don't, please share.
@stugryffin3619 sounds like a compliment to me. Just because you're off gride doesn't mean you can't have a sleek design. People are different, give them the grace to express themselves without judgment. Chris and Linnea are both amazing in completely different ways and just compliment each other beautifully.
Yeah I mean to each his own but he’s a good looking young man and should cut that hairdo out of his life. It’s not at all flattering and he should consider cutting the rest off🤣either way it’s none of my business Sorry dude🫵🏻✌️🇺🇸😎

Awesome, great to hear that!
I hope to one day
I started watching this and I said to myself, “who is that…I know this guy!? “And then it dawned on me. L O L. Linnea’s Chris!😊
Are they a couple? I’ve only seen a couple of shorts with her and Akela.
Love the maps !

love the kitchen arrangement, it looks very nice. maps are one of my favorite things as well, I like how you have them displayed.

Thank you! 🙂
I love Linnea! Throughly enjoy her channel!!
Good afternoon and happy Friday nice 👍 thanks for sharing
What a great idea for vintage maps. I have some I've saved and now i know what to do with them! Thx! Great build too.
I hope you do it, I love mine!
I always wondered how the entire bus looks like as it's in so many videos in small segments. Thanks for the tour 😊

The bus conversion is really fabulous. Great job Chris 🎉❤ I love watching your videos 👏
I have a Whole Lotta Love for the bus and owner!
I've just bought my land, just getting started. But this is my goal! Watching from Australia! 🙂
This was the exact same idea I had to use a freezer, throw a top on it to hide and use for prep and boom freezer for meat/veg storage!
Berkey doesn't have so many certifications expecially for the problems we are facing today with water. Check out the certifications.
Love your bus! 😍
I was pleasantly surprised to find that I follow your partner to at the end. 😄
Grats on finally finishing your buss :)
It took a while, but I got her done! ;-)

Huskies are cute and the owners too. Hi!
Dang I thought we would see Chris and G plus 3 by now😉
I should have done that back in the day....I moved 26 times since 1960😮

I just have a 48v to 12v stepdown and it's been working great.
Beautiful property. Love the rig!
Excellent presentation!
Chris, it is good to see you are doing well. Would love to catch up to say Hi. Hope to see you, somewhere down the road. ✌
Thanks and sounds good!
Love it well thought out, and spacious. The ladder idea is smart 😊
Thanks!
Good for you, obviously in the West
Great video! you did a great job, kitchen looks good, and that haircut, only a great looking guy like you could pull it off, but it really fits you.
Watching from Australia 🐨🦘🐨 LOVE this!!!
Very interesting use of space!!!!
I love the changes.
This fabulous bus is Dope !!~
Really like the pop-updeck rails
I remember when you were cutting the roof apart. Was this the same bus?
you did a great job in your home/bus... I wonder if you also have a video on how you did the deep well?
Love this bus design 💕🌌
Wow this is so nice. too bad i cant drive something this big.
Beautiful Bus!
very very nice the motorhome!
We couldn't agree more!
Awesome bus! But no washer and dryer?
What was the glass makeup for the window. Is it a unit or single lite? Does it have Solarban or Energy Advantage on it?
I don't see Linneas link.
Sweet power unit!
Yes brother great video
Awesome, how did you do your wood insert on the shower floor
I love Chris
Really like your home
Fabulous ❤
Wow! Great rig.
The guy looks like he has a squirrel on the back of his head 😂
I was going for more of a racoon look, but squirrel will do!
@theoffgridskoolie .Nowadays people like to be different
Looks tall. Do you often find yourself taking longer routes due to clearance?
Nope, I'm at 11'3". When I travel I stick to interstates and public land as well, so no low clearances.
Beautiful. I love it. Do you know you look like this man, Abdullah Rushdy? Wow, the only difference is the color.
Uh, no.
Very nice
Haha, the master himself! Nice to see you, Chris!
Thanks for stopping by!
I'm sorry, did you say that you got paid really well as an intern ? By the way I really think you did a fabulous job on that bus.
Well done! Chris.
That guy is an interior decorator cosplaying as an off gridder.

Interior designer in need of a cleaner. 🧹
Why would you park in the desert?. What's so appealing, dry desert? Strange
🖤🖤🖤
Its nice but it DEFINITELY could use some cleaning.
So could my house!😆

This guy used to have an entire YT channel yeah? Him and his girlfriend used to travel in an RV 🤔

Council doesn't allow living on 40 acres in tiny home
What
@zaneanderson9108 nsw doesn't permit tiny house on our 40acres without a da.
If it’s on wheels and can move, we have no problem in many areas.
@@LilyGazou not here, it's got to be registered and sculls planning minister is legislating against that as we speak.
Dude needs to rethink that hair style.
Yeah not attractive
