The grill could be a little sportier-looking, but that is still overall a very decent-looking car! That 401 is icing on the cake! Because of the vinyl top, they never leaded that seam between the roof panel and the quarter panel/C-pillar. SUBSCRIBED!!!!
I once owned a 1970 AMC Rebel. They were very good cars for the time, very comfortable to drive and surprisingly easy to maneuver.
Whoever tore the vinyl top off the car saved it Thank You
This was a nice car in the day. That 401 was a very formidable runner - even in '73. Long live AMC muscle!💪
Oh yeah, its got some grunt for sure. Fun car!

Thank you. Yes I agree, its a pretty neat car and the 401 is just amazing.
It's sitting on Kelsey-Hayes wheels that were on things like Miradas, New Yorkers, St.Regis, Cordobas- not AMC wheels. AMC's are a niche market
The 73s had 255 HP and 345 lbs of TQ should move out pretty good
Attention in California CARB just banned all gas cars and even classics!
