Why don't you guys just have someone who is clean with no drugs run ahead in a vehicle and if cops are about to pull the drug car over, he gives them the slip and starts a chase/battle to distract them.

I wish people would make mods like this on a non-shit engine/game like Far Cry 4 or something. Arma is so fuckin' clunky and performing the simplest of tasks is incredibly over-complicated.
i agree with you but after playing it for a couple of weeks you get used to the clunky controls
The problem is that as buggy as it is the Arma engine is the only one capable of such a grand scope, also bugs excluded it's super realistic.
Guys! You have to remember that the Arma enigne is a somewhat simulator engine, not your standard everyday game engine.

i run FX 9590 H100I cooler 16G's of ram

I have fount out ARMA has really...shitty SHITTY servers so, its defiantly not my system lol.
i run ARMA 3 SP and i get 100 130 Frames.
AMD__ GAMER arma is horribly optimized so that probably has something to do with it.
i fount out how to fix it.
i had my cpu count wrong so i was getting Like 30 frames less. now i run arma at 70 to 100 FPS on some servers its runs like 40 FPS..
AMD__ GAMER I found out some servers do lock it to lower fps or something, my friend who runs arma at minimum 60 fps was getting 30 steady the whole time we were playing and i with a worse pc was also getting 30 constant when i usually get around 45

its a gang - you or one of your buddies creates one and the rest join and you have hexagons :P
